Ive made amazing friends while being here, but also I have created unrealistic expectations of what my grades should be. The mastery system is a good way of ensure that you will have great grades, but it comes at the price of if you do not do your work, then you will not succeed. Not for the lazy. There is a lot of work, so the student must keep up and if they fall even a little behind, their work will soon snowball catastrophically. Also, not many extra curricular opportunities here. Basically, the robotics team is the football team.

This school was a great idea. A place where kids could flourish and be at their own level with no regard for their grade. It was executed quite poorly.

Administration tries to sell the school as mastery-based education. In reality, our child has simply had to get an A or fail and take the initiative to re-do and re-learn and understand the work on their own, without any initiative or assistance from the school. Disorganization is rampant, and teachers are inexperienced. We thought this would be a better alternative to a standard public school, but were not prepared for such a false bill of goods.

This school is absolutely garbage. Most of the reviewers who have reviewed positively are misguided parents or 6th graders. This school has lowered my confidence, made me think that asking questions is an inconvenience, and many of the teachers dont care about students education. Ive had many suicidal thoughts while attending this school. Ive left this school, and now I dont have any of these negative thoughts anymore. Dont send your child here if you care about their mental health and well-being.

This school is like a salad. Full of stuff that is dull and unappealing and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I dont like salads.

This school is trash. And has many issues that need to be adressed.
