I posted a review about my experience as an employee here, and Kindercares family support team told me to take down my employee review. KinderCare is very unprofessional, and this is one of the worst childcare centers I have seen in Columbus, OH. They lost their accrediation because they do not follow health and safety standards. This is not a healthy or safe place for children. For example, I was expected to change toddlers diapers while they were standing up because changing tables were too dirty. Toys are rarely washed and sanitized here. Many parent complaints go unresolved too. There are many other childcare centers that are much more appropriate and healthy for your children with professional employees.

My daughter was in this daycare for a year always sick, she was bitten. The director Leslita would never communicate face to face with me always via letter when she seen me everyday. I moved my daughter over 2 months ago from there and now I’m being hit with registration fee, and again the director never spoke to me about it instead contacted my new daycare director and my aunt who was employed with kinder care and also left. I asked for anyone higher up due to the fact I feel like I’ve been singled out, registration is due before your child can start and my child has been gone for months but no one was available. Very unprofessional and not a center I would suggested for anyone.

The director is very unprofessional. Whenever there is a problem regarding your child she will have an attitude or won’t even speak to you.

I love this daycare..armani has been there over a year now..no complaints!!❤
