This is a daycare that is talked up to be the best of the best, however, the management is ridiculous. You do not get what you pay for at this daycare and you are looked down on if you are not a Cummins employee. A lot of family members work here and they stick together. A lot of drama from the young employees and management has favorites. Take your child somewhere they can be loved and nurtured, not here where that is seen as inappropriate.

Please DO NOT put your child here. Reviews here are absolutely true and honest. Management especially the director is childish and unprofessional and treat parents very badly than words can describe. The management has no compassion, integrity and respect to others human beings. Kids learn absolutely nothing. Please DO NOT spend a penny in this place. Absolutely NOT worth it.

Do not pay this company to watch your child! One family manages the daycare, constant unprofessional behavior from management staff. They pay low wages $10 an hour to take care of infants. This place is a joke, your money goes to making the place look like an art museum. Honestly they should focus on the children and the employees, and not on the architectural beauty. Please give your money to a nonprofit daycare, a place where the children come first.

Teachers are great, my kid really likes the teacher, the bad review is for the front desk and the management-level. Really rude and hard to communicate, and when incident happens, their first response is not to help to solve the issue or even caring about the kids, they try their best to deny their responsibility, and they will refuse to reveal the video to find out the truth. They will refuse to let you talk to the top supervisor if you dont push hard enough. Can you imagine those people taking care of your kids? For god sake, for the tuition parent pay, its not worth a penny to go to such a bad place.

Management act like children, and so very unprofessional! Many family members working in management, and this is what does not work. Eliminating children that are not Cummins employees after they have been going there for years, with absolutely no reason! If you have a child going to CCDC, and you are not a Cummins employee, watch out they are on a witch hunt! Read their reviews....they tell the story!!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!

Excellent place for kids, teachers are very nice and take good care of the children.

I would give a Zero star if I can. It is a family business, collusion from director to front desk lady. It is the worst daycare I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t worth a penny.

Staff and all management are rude, unprofessional and just down right prejudice towards any and all families whom are not Cummins employees children period dot.so too All who might be thinking of enrolling your child a child be aware if your not a family member or related too a Cummins employee the hatefullnes your about to face.
