Up until a week ago it was an AMAZING place. With loving and caring teachers and directors. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! 8-10 staff members up and quit out of no where. Not just any staff members, the staff who has built this center from the ground up. You know it’s a company issue when the whole staff up and quits. The new director does not give friendly vibes or make contact. My child told me one of the new teachers dragged a special needs child by the arm. This is what is going to happen when they put anyone in this building to care for these kids. So sad. I called corporate and nothing happened. Save their jobs and get them back at whatever cost. My child will not be back. I will spread the word.

This center is beyond a blessing to our family!! I have three children who attend here. 10,6 and 2. My 6 year old has been here every since he has been 6 weeks old! The teachers, cook and of course the Director are all GREAT!! They are loving, caring, compassionate and must I add clean!! I can go on and on about this center! I am picky when it comes to who watch my children, but I didn’t have that feeling sending my children here! They are such a blessing in many ways! They are definitely apart of my family!! Looking for a reliable loving daycare please please choose Mount Carmel KinderCare! They are the bomb!!!💜

Everyone has room for improvement.. But this is by far the best daycare my children have ever gone to. They are consistent, well structured, clean, interested in the childrens education, and fair within reason! Not to say things have been perfect over my time with them, but I definitely have had way more good experiences than bad!

My grandchildren are both nonverbal so I cant tell you what happened to them in this facility, but I can tell you what took them out. I took them to daycare around noon one day. Both children cried , not the I dont want to go cry but a I am horrified to go in there cry . Neither child looked at the teachers or at any other child. They walked pass the lunch on the table and laid down on the nap cot and curled up into a ball. The lunch was over cooked mac and cheese and some green mush, Looking back over the time they had been in there , things started to add up. One child was hospitalized because they had gotten so many viruses at one time from being there. Both children had major bruises that had been explained away as child on child accident.s They did not seem to be learning their numbers or letters or colors. The older child had speech delays. It is provable that in a 6 hour period no adult spoke directly to the child. during that 6 hours no one called the children together for story time or lesson time, only ciaos was noted. I would suggest taking your child some where else.

I have to agree with Mom8758. I didnt even get all the way thru the door for my tour when I saw the red flags. I thought this facility would be accommodating, due to the extra 30 mins it stayed open. I needed a daycare that stayed open until 6:30 as oppose to the daycare my 18mnth attends which closes at 6:00. I attend college and work full-time, so I dont get done with my day until 6:00pm. So seeing that this daycare stays open after 6pm, it drew me in. But, as soon as I stepped in the building I got an uneasy feeling. The looks on the staffs faces were anything but welcoming. The kids were all laying down for nap time, but the staff women were hanging around talking loudly and being very inappropriate. I went thru my orenintation with the director assuming I was just being a paraniod mommy. But just when I told myself it was all in my head, a very unkempt staff women started yelling at one of the 5yr old for not laying completely down on his cot. Now, I understand that they are in charge of the kids and have to enforce some sort of discipline. But this was more like what did I tell you to do? get on it NOW. I was shocked because she seen me looking dead at her all the while she was screaming at this lil boy. Im not saying to stay away but I for one will not be letting my 18mnth old who cant talk yet attend. If you wish to let your child attend, please let them be at an age where they are able to tell you if anything is going on.
