My sons have been attending regularly for more than four years and the Go Sports program has resulted in huge positive gains for them in athletic ability, attitude, and confidence. My oldest is getting to set to graduate from high school, but hes still going 2-3 times per week to keep in shape. Its not hyperbole to say that my sons enjoy the training. The trainers are great and the pricing always struck me as reasonable compared to similar operations nearby.

Great trainers. My son really likes it. Trainers are well educated. Cost is real low for a hour session.
