Our first lesson was fabulous. My daughter has been nothin but smiles🏊‍♀️ *****EDIT we went to our second class NO INSTRUCTOR. All the student and parents we looking around confused. I paid $115 for one month of lessons and was told there would be no class on 12/21 I call (5 min after class starts)they say oh its a staffing issue. I dedicated my evening around this, my kid was excited and we get there only to be let down. They could have contacted us, they never should have taken my money, in December at that if there would be no class. I am furious. I expect a full refund and to be credited classes for my kids disappointment and wasting my timeTHIS IS A JOKE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. YOU DONT TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND FAIL TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH SERVICES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

My children complete their first round of swimming in Jun. Due to multiple family issues (hospitalization, layoffs etc) I did not cancel and the my kids did not attend. Instead of sending a reminder notice the company keeps charging you. I understand it is my responsibility to cancel but if you have not seen your students for 2 months then you should at least reach out and check. With COVID you never know if someone is dead or alive and a little customer service goes a long way. I will be looking for a different program once my father is done with his recovery.
