STAY AWAY! This company is horrible to work with, no benefits, horrible or lack of communication. Management & all staff are unprofessional & completely rude. No career advancement or potential for growth. Company does not value its employees. The owner only loves to receive & collect money. Students are treated poorly.

I have nothing but great things to say about this school. The learning experience was great and would recommend it 100% Moreover, the staff is very professional and the instructors are very knowledgeable.

I am using an anonymous account as I am a Teacher at this company and have had nothing but bad experiences with the staff. I AGREE - they only care about getting paid - not the students education! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM OR TEACHING FOR THEM! STAY AWAY!! TOTAL SCAM SCHOOL!

Very unhappy with Caledonian. Staff is extremely unhelpful and very unknowledgeable. Once they get you signed up and get their money, there is noone that knows anything about the programs. If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would.They are dishonest and cant answer questions regarding the programs they claim to offer. My instructor and I had a syllabus that did NOT go with the books provided. When I finished my 60 hours, not one employee would get back to me to provide me information as to what the certificate allows me to do. I contacted the school numerous times and was always told that the person I needed to speak to was not available and I not once got a call back. I did receive emails from Emily who had no information on the course I took and gave me false information as she thought I took a computer class, which I did not. She never returned my call or responded to my numerous emails when I asked for assistance in getting a position because she had no knowledge. Trying to speak to Rosie or Marisol is basically impossible. This school should NOT be in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this program. Once they get their money, they no longer will speak with you or provide any assistance. They are ALL extremely unorganized, unprofessional and basically dishonest. I have a Child Development certificate, yet noone from the school can nor will assist me in getting a job. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars now to go back to school so I can get a job which Caledonian was paid thousands of dollars to get me retrained and back to work. Its now been months and no help from Caledonian whatsoever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AS YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT IS PROMISED BY CALEDONIAN. And they will make promises, take your voucher money and you may end up just like me with no help from them getting back to work. I could go on with more horrible experiences that I have had with Caledonian but I really just wish that I had gone with another company and I highly recommend you do the same. Caledonian is pathetic, unprofessional, rude, unknowledgable and a complete waste of my time and money. Dont make the same mistake I did. Research before choosing a school and dont choose Caledonian unless you too want to waste your time and end up still without work and noone at Caledonian to assist you. They do not take calls, return messages nor respond to emails. Caledonian should be out of business!!

This is the worst experience I have had with this institution. If I could give it zero stars, I would give it to you. I would never recommend this school.the characters that work there do not care at all they are not professionals only they are interested in charging.
