This is worse than great clips. The receptionist was nice but oh god the barber was TERRIBLE. I asked for a 1 on the sides and back she did that, but then right after she started going over on top of my head and when the haircut began i specifically said 5 on the top when the haircut began. When she was finished with the cut I asked her what is this and she replied with uh this is what you asked for and when i told her what i actually wanted she was like Oh im sorry like nothing happened and she didnt mess up my hair and went on with her day. This has to be the worst $8 dollars I have ever spent in my life. Do not go here.

I called twice requesting information about their cosmetology program. No call back. The young lady that answer the phone was very rude. Terrible coustomer service!!!!

Great👍I had very nice experience.It was my first time I visited the place and they did very good job.I was too much worried about my hair cut but they gave me proper suggestion and yasmina made my hair cut very nice.They were also very nice and gentle.

The person writing the negative reviews obviously missed the notion that it is a beauty SCHOOL, where work is done by students and supervised by Licensed Staff. When you put relaxer on your hair it damages it, period. I would think a school is the last place someone would go for a serious operation like hair relaxing. When you sat in the chair you agreed that you knew students would work on you. When students are learning they make mistakes, ALL THE TIME! Thats how they learn. To go there and expect the same results as you would get from a licensed professional is just STUPID. You have no grounds for your law suit and you will loose. Next time either save your money or let your hair go nappy cause theres nothing else. Wise up andand learn from your mistake. Theres no honor in giving scathing reviews full of egregious lies in an underhanded attempt to make them look bad. Dont you know that the student who messed up your treatment didnt do it on purpose and that it was one of the hardest experiences she or he will have to go through during the course of their education? Acquaint yourself with Empathy, someday you will want it shown to you.

I love it I went there last Tuesday and that was my 2nd time they did a great job Im lucky that they know how to cut my hair right. This salon is not for everyone so many picky people I just go where it not too exspenive the first time I went they did my eye brows and hair I loved it this girl that did it this time did a pretty good job she has a husband and 2 kids and live in Concord like me I will keep going there and ask for her

I personally went to school here and they really do have the best prices on services. Hair, nails, facials.The issue we dealt with the most- people wanting Ritz-Carlton quality for pennies on the dollar and willing to argue about it. Not saying quality shouldnt be included but please keep in mind this is a school. :)

Worst customer experience I have received!! Joanne at the front desk has ZERO professionalism and is very rude. Had an appointment scheduled on 10/2 at 6 p.m. for a trim and full color. I made it very clear when scheduling the appt that I had bi-racial hair and prefer a student with experience with that type of hair. The receptionist making the appt clearly ignored my requests and obviously my entire call altogether. When I arrived- #1- No appointment scheduled. #2 - Joannes 1st response to me was, we arent going to be able to serve you, we dont have the time they should have never scheduled you for this time frame. #3 - Joanne literally started bad mouthing either another instructor or student. Stating that she (Joanne) was being rude to me because she was upset with her staffI will never return nor will I ever refer someone to this JOKE of a school!!I am a mother of 6, and getting away for me time is close to impossible. I left so frustrated and upset. I havent had a cut or anything in years. Itll probably be 2 more after this awful experience.

Very cheap . Haircut came out OK. Staff was friendly, but students didnt seem to be following a clear protocol as to when the haircut was done and initially my student was going to let me go without the instructor having checked and finished the cut. Instructor attention to student performance or learning seemed average at best.

I went there a couple of weeks ago for a haircut and the lady did a outstanding job
