The center was easy to find and the RQI room entrances were marked. The exterior door was locked so we (me and the student scheduled for a similar time-slot ) called the number listed in the text they send you the day before and someone came and unlocked it promptly. It was much easier and convenient to do my PALS certification like this. The center was cleanly!

Had a great experience with Safety Training Seminars. The center was clean, well organized, and followed Covid-19 protocols well. Signs were everywhere that included simple and clear instructions and there were plenty of supplies available for use. Would definitely return to the center in the future.

Ive never took an RQI test and Safety training seminar made it super easy and efficient, the online portion was great and the hands on skills actually was more informative due to the immediate feedback of the dummy. The instructions were excellent. The class was easy to sign up for and fairly easy to complete. I did the online PALS Initial provider class and I had forgotten how much of it has nothing to do with BLS or ACLS. However, I did like the adaptive learning platform which made completion of the class so much easier. I loved having the in person testing option. Selecting a time and location was simple. Even though there was no instructor present it was easily and quickly done. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs a quick renewal or initial provider certification.

This seminar was very efficient in that it was conducted in 3 hours. The information was easy to understand. I felt comfortable with their Covid protocol.

In the midst of the pandemic, it is quite challenging to make any classroom setting safe for students to come in and do a training. The team in this establishment made it possible for me to renew my BLS in the safest way possible, not to mention they stuck with the rules of the training to ensure that we are still up to code with the BLS training. They also provided all necessary equipment needed for disinfecting everything.

Beyond efficient, a well oiled machine of education

Great class - was thorough for hands on and moved quickly. We were a group of 7 - all had passed the written test alone so knowledge base helped class move quickly. Instructor Conner was excellent - good demonstrations and clear instructions. Thank you.

I like the new online elearning format, it goes much faster than before if you know the content. The one thing I would say is the website is difficult to navigate. I had some issues logging in to my account.

Connor is the man! Class focus was on the actual learning of CPR techniques and situations, rather than regurgitating the textbook.

Truly an efficient, yet effective BLS program during Covid. eLearning online was pretty thorough, engaging and succinct. The online modules had interactive scenarios with constructive feedback;K like a video game. Once you finish the module you print out a certificate, arrive at your facility for a quick hands on demonstration without having to share a mannequin and well spaced apart from masked participants. I felt protected and learned.

I had a very nice experienced with my BLS training. Our Instructor: Nina Hurwitz knows her subject very well and was able to deliver key points for us to remember important numbers and procedures. The class was fun too and stress free. But i found no drinking water or bottled water in the refreshment room.

A quick and easy way to get your BLS certification. Thomas was a great instructor, quick, clear, and straight to the point. At no point did I ever feel the class was going too quick or too slow. The first safety training class that I took and can actually use the skills in real life. Alissa the instructor was so thorough and she was focused on teaching real life skills than just doing the job.

Really like the instructors especially Tomas. He has a great way of explaining everything so that people will understand how to do CPR and what to expect in certain situations. I enjoyed the class and will be back in 2 years to take it with them.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and funny. A good mix of seriousness (I mean..you are learning how to save a life!) and keeping it low key, low stress. He was an Australian diver and really knew his stuff. Also, we got out of class early...never a bad thing!
