Never enroll in free trial from this company! This is a SCAM!Their free trial is designed so that youre charged without being notified - not even a simple email. This is NOT bad product design - trust me I am a Product Manager. This is SCAM.I have more! When you ask for a refund, they send their refund policy and the DETAILED LOG of when you enrolled and when you cancelled. Obviously they have invested in developing this capability, not sending a reminder email! LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS, learn some marketing 101!

I could not give it 0 stars! Do not subscribe monthly to this company! I lost my employment the day before my monthly subscription came out and when I asked them for a refund they emailed me a piece of their policy section stating I should have canceled the day before! How was I to know I would loose my job!!! Their customer service is very poor and their only out to get your money monthly!!! I would not recommend them to my friends or family!!Please do not respond to my review and I let you know you also put my account in the negative and I’m already unemployed! This is the reason I will visit your social media sites and tell any and everyone to not subscribe to your program because you are not based off integrity but only to take their money! So I will be posting to your page again to warn people so they don’t end up like me paying over draft charges when I can barely pay my bills!

The Pimsleur system is fantastic, I spend so much time every week commuting, Im glad I have this program to make that time more productive. I have completed the Italian program and have gotten through half of the French program. The best part about Pimsleur is not only that your learn the vocabulary and phrases, but you internalize them so well that you can use them at a conversational pace. You can only really make a judgement about the usefulness of a language program after completion. Its impossible to make an assessment after to 10 - 15 lessons of any language program, at that point your barely scratching the surface.

I really like the Italian program. Well thought out and I am amazed that I am actually learning the language.

This is one of the worst sites i have been to. This is one of this buy for $ 10 then buried in the terms is an agreement for another $ 260 for another program that you do not need. We recommend that ALL STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING YOU CANNOT RETURN. JUST ANOTHER HIDDEN RIP OFF.

I am in lesson 16 of 30 and I havent learned any basic statements needed for traveling, like what is your name?? I can ask someone to dinner, I can tell them I dont want tea, I can even ask them for money, but I havent learned how to ask someones name or tell them mine. It seems like that would be in lesson 1???

This is a superscam. As the other reviewer noted, buried in their terms and conditions they state that you are agreeing to buy additional programs and have your credit card charged. Calling their offshore customer service is an absolute waste of time. I had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop.
