Went to buy stamps at 8:15 but the staff said that section of the store was closed. Please update the Google maps to reflect that.

Called 3 days ahead to get some tech work done on my PC. Technician tells me to bring pc in at 10:30 following Monday. I show up promptly at 10:30 Monday and there is not even a technician scheduled to work until 11:30. The associate who was very short with me and rudely says I can wait an hour for the technician to arrive. Not the first time I called ahead for services or products. Last time I was told they had the headphones I wanted at the store only to show up and they’re out of stock. I give up on this store and their staff!!

Horrible customer service!! If anything there isnt any customer service. Staff is rude and could careless you look up a product in the store inventory. Dont waste your time in this location. You will only be disappointed!!!

The staff are very helpful even though they are busy attending to some customers.A lady and a gentleman staff assisted me with my photocopying and renain calm and patient. Photocopying rates are minimal compared to other printing shops. I love to visit this place again.

Thomas gave excellent customer service... &Hes new. A few register probs, but not his fault. He handled things like a champ. The manager was great too. Both had real patience. Love this store. Good customer service. Tally ho ! :-)

Idk how this staples only has 3.9 stars. It is by far the best staples ive had work done at. Very productive and helpful employees

I dont recommend this place at all, The staff are over promising in the beginning, and some are of them are rude, they are not willing to honor their own coupon, After speaking to their supervisor, they act like they are going to honor this time and are doing you a big favor by making one time Exception.

This location is a bit smaller but was well stocked. May not have as many items as larger store. Not a very busy with tons of parking. Staff was helpful.

My bf and I had the best experience in here yesterday. I needed a new PayPal credit card reader and I asked for assistance finding it. Chris happily walked us to the aisle where they would be stocked, and then showed up a couple options (including other brands, like Square). I decided to stick with PayPal Here (thats the actual app name) and bought the reader with chip insert option, which is an upgrade from the simple swiper-only one I had before. It was $25 (and PayPal credited me half of that since their original one was no longer working). They also have one that reads cards you can tap, but it was $60 and not necessary for as few transactions as I do.Just as helpful and friendly as Chris, was Thomas at the register. He totally suggested we grad another item since they had a $10 off $50 purchase deal. We would have gladly shopped some more (I own After Hours Mobile Notary and this is usually where we buy our nicer writing pens and other mobile notary supplies), but we had dinner plans we were eager to get to.Big, clean store and great customer service. Thanks guys!

Worst customer service ever. Took me 20 minutes to find a sales associate who then had no idea how to help, complained to me about other staff, then couldnt find my copy order. I will never go back to this location.

It was getting close to Christmas and I had a couple packages to ship. Their in store UPS center had me in and out in under 10 minutes. It was either location or luck that there wasnt a line today!

Good parking, had the items I needed and got a lower price with my couponSign up for weekly news to get an email coupon.Update: needed to fax 2 pages, web said $1 per page, actual price is $1.69 - lose a star for deception.

Placed print order with guarantee pick up time same day. Order not ready and store closed early. I paid to avail myself of same day service but they failed to deliver and dont answer phones or respond to email. Could have gone to dozens of other print services choices but this is what I get from staples? Disappointed and still dont have product or refund or response of any kind.

Carried my heavy box of old papers all the way in to find out the shredder isnt working. Arhhhhhh 😫

Its a Staples. Generally has office supply parafinalia. Sometimes pricey but sales can be good.

Not bad, I brought my laptop in the see why it wasnt connection to my wifi and it took a little over a half an hour to find out that my laptop had security holes and spyware but its mostly because my laptop is more then five years old and is slow. Overall, I was content with my service.

Its hit or miss in terms of selection and associates. Theres plenty of parking, but theres construction all around (and potholes).
