The staff at ESE is great my wife and I are very pleased with how our son is taken care.We are greeted every time with a warm welcome and if anything happens the staff will make us aware either right then or when we pick up our son.The owner will also work with you on payments even though this is how she makes a living she has a heart of gold and understands times get tough every now and then. I am a 100% witness to this because she helped us out when I got sick, I feel any other daycare would havetold us to remove our child.

Infant room;Three stars because, communication feels one way. I state things in emails I wish to be done and get no responses, but when they need emails they respond immediately. I attempted to restate the request with no acknowledgement whatsoever in the same chain.The teachers were great, if you just wish your child to be taken care of/alive, but there is no educational items (singing, dancing, introduction into fine or gross motor skills, sensory, etc).Feed, change, sleep, bouncer or jumper, repeat. Thats it.The morning teachers Kassandra and Lydia are the only preferred teachers we liked, and could see via the footage to actually attempt to play with our son. Other than that he was in bouncers, jumpers, or his crib. He only began to have tummy time more once he began to be more active.This is a great childcare if that is your style, and cant beat the $195/week tuition without major care sacrifices, but I would definitely pay more for him to be raised the way I would raise my son if I could.Complaint about the morning to evening teacher Ms.A ;I wish she would care more so for the children and play with them, as well as not come to work in clothes that are old/tattered with large holes and stains on them. As well as when she changed/fed “right before we picked up”, he still had a diaper full upon pickup and was hungry crying when we began to drive away. We expressed other concerns seen via video, but believe she may be related to the director and that is why no action is taken or rules enforced with her.**I do not wish to discuss these issues further with Early Start as my son has been removed to attend a $265/week childcare that will be more instructional and nurturing.

I have had my children in this program for almost 3 years and it has been a very positive experience. The teachers are super friendly and always greet my children with a smile in the morning. I am very picky when it comes to my kids and love the fact that I can check in on them to see how their day is going with the cameras. They love Early Start... thank you!

Kudos to Early Start! My kids love it and are excited to go to daycare everyday. It make my day so much better knowing they love it and the teachers there and the teachers really care about them. I am beyond happy toHave found them. The director is great and my daughter absolutely adores Mrs. Karen.

I love this daycare to the fullest they let you watch the camera all day long so you can SEE what your child is doing they are very loving there is always more then just the teacher thats in the room that can tell you something good that my child had done that day they know all the kids by name and talk to the parents every day about things my child has done they are always working to make sure that we know that our kids are well taken care of and that they are caring and make you know that your child is SAFE while you are at work and you can always log on and just see what you kid is doing. THEY will work with everything you ask them to to for your child and makes sure that ever child is taken care of there needs. My kids have been going there for over 4 years and love every teacher and can talk to them about anything. It is a very loving environment and I am sure they take care of my kids and what they need ♡ every teacher is doing an amazing job and it takes a special person to take care of children every day and to love them as they love their own I am thankful to have a great daycare that is always open to help and be there for what ever is needed and to make sure that my kids are taken care of. I want people to know that this is the BEST daycare you can ever put your children in ♡ way to go E.S.E. your staff is amazing!!

Early Start Education is a one of the best daycares my children have ever been. The ladies in the office have always been friendly and able to help me with any questions or concerns I have had. My children love it there and the teachers. They have the same teachers not like others who have them come and go. The teachers always acknowledge my kids when they arrive and after school help my oldest with his home work. The director is there all the time and makes it a point to speak to me daily. I appreciate that since my children spend so much time with them during the week. Our kids love it! Highly Recommended!!!

Spend the extra money to have your children elsewhere. I witnessed awful behavior by staff with other children while dropping off my own. I reported aggressive disclipine to front office staff as I saw it. I should have take in consideration of how loud it was walking in instead of thinking kids will be kids. By far mistaken, they let the kids do whatever with little to lazy supervision. Behind that door is another story of what is happening. I picked my child up one day to see a staff member sitting near the children growing her cellular device as my child was placed in a swing sitting there. Not being attended to or pushed, simply sitting on a rubber seat in the hot sun, all while browsing their device. Keep in mind child was one year. I watched through backdoor window from inside for a few minutes. Still, my child was not attended to and remained sitting. I walk out, quickly I am paid attention to, phone is put away quick and staff member gets up to attend to the children and reaches to get my child out as I am greeted hello. I unenrolled and have never been happier to enroll my child elsewhere. The distance is worth the drive and the tuition you pay for the service you receive. The director Karen is another issue. A turn for the worst! Observe this center and its staff.

My daughter asks when she gets to go (we attend during the summer) and she has always loved it. The teachers and owner are fun, loving, and amazingly great with children of all ages!

I love this place. I came from another daycare and I wasnt happy. But when I came here, it was nice and clean. Very friendly staff and my kids love it.

My kids have been going here for 2 years, I have 3 children, my daughter has expressed how much she likes her teachers, Miss Shelby, Miss Courtney. I do want to commend to 2 teachers for their awesome strive and help with my middle child who has autism, he is non-verbal and a handful, but Miss Norma and Miss Rebecca have been tremendous with him. He had progressed by miles when he was with Miss Norma, she took the extra step to help my son progress in his development, his new teacher Miss Rebecca has taken Miss Normas spot tremendously he has progressed developmentally with both these teachers help, My youngest son is with Miss Norma right now he is nearly 2 years old he has learned his colors in her class, and his vocabulary and sign language has grown to its highest peak, by the way, I have not taught any of my kids sign, they are learning it at the daycare! The owner and the ladies in the front are very caring as well, they have helped me take my kids to the car when i could not hold both my boys, they have gone above and beyond to help me Mrs Karen, Miss Jauna and Miss Elena are always kind and greet me every day, they took over this daycare and made it a fun place for the kids, especially with the Disney themed painting that covers all the walls in the daycare. This daycare is an awesome place and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Love this place to death and so does my children very happy with them.

Do not trust your children at this place. They are abusive to children and the director doesn’t care about the way the kids are treated.
