Man at the printing desk was very rude. Kept complaining on how many big orders he has, how many orders he needs to start on, that he was done taking orders for the day, so he cant help us, and pointed us to the self serve that we were struggling trying to figure out how to use, but when the next people that came in couldnt speak English very well, he helped them, guess cause they couldnt understand why he was saying no

Former copy/print employee from another store, the associate working today on 7/16 at 1PM deserves huge praise.He was able to help me while he was assisting a customer at the counter, printed my shipping label and accepted my drop off for USPS in under 5 minutes. Just a super helpful employee deserving recognition!

Waited for 30 min for a representative to come and help with my office furniture purchase. Went and asked if a rep would be able to come and help me. No one ever showed up. Complete waste of time going to this store location.

Bought what I thought was a really nice HP Printer here. This was about September of 2020. It has a HP one year warranty. Around the end of November I needed to print some envelopes and found out that the printer would tear up all my envelopes. Something in the grabber wasnt doing its job. A quick search on the internet showed that this was a big problem for the HP Envy Pro 6455. Spent the next three months trying to get a live person or a working channel with HP to solve the issue. Seriously....I couldnt get through.I dont need the same printer if the envelope printing issue is universal.....I need a different printer and I needed someone to help me make that happen. Finally spoke to a real live HP tech today and they said I just needed to take back to where I bought it. HP could not help me unless I bought directly from them. Just FYI...this was after three months of trying to get through to a live person at HP.Anyways... I was informed at the store that they could only replace with another HP Envy Pro. I really dont want another printer that has the same issues. My printing needs are simple. Some PDFs, word docs and an envelope every once in a while. They said I should have brought it back within two weeks. Look....I know it is not up to Office Depot to honor the HP warranty but if this is a widespread issue with these printers and HP is not going to honor the warranty, I would hope the store would go to bat for us little guys out here. They ae selling the product. They are the face, if you will. Customer service would go a long way in store loyalty from customers.Now Ive spent $160.00 on a printer that only does some of what I need. I will just have to dump the printer and buy a new one. Hard lesson learned. I can tell you where I will not be buying it....or anything else for that matter. Too many choices out there from folks who will stand behind what they sell.

They agreed to copy some patterns and if I bought a memory stick, they would put the patterns on that as well. When we get there, they claimed we bought no memory stick and argued with us until we went away. When we got home, we saw it refunded instead. :( Thanks for the accommodation and help...not!

Went in to get business cards and was told they only did custom cards online. So I ordered online. The cards came in with the print so small you cant read the text. They will not make it right. If they dont back up the little things, imagine what happens with the big ticket items. They have lost all of my business now on over $40.

Went the the Best Buy. AKA Worst Buy. Bad service. I spent a little more at Office Depot, but money spent well. Awesome young man a register Charlie was very helpfule and polite. Its a small store which means not much options to choose from when it comes to office furniture. I only go to this location because of numerous deals and sales they offer. Operations manager, Heather, is the best. She is helpful & knowledgeable of the products. She is aware of customers concern & diligent in resolving the issues in a timely manner. Whenever I visit the store, Im always greeted from all staff dont matter if I dress in my comfy clothes or in my suit.

The nicest most helpful people I’ve ever met. From start to finish they were kind and assisted with every step along the way. When it comes to back to school shopping, they could not have made this a better experience! Even the manager was on hand helping and when something couldn’t be found would open packages and make it happen! Awesome service, thanks Office Depot!!

Be careful how they price white paper. They claim is a mistake, only after overcharging and me looking at receipt did they correct. Use caution

I recently went looking for a new office chair. I was overwhelmed at the selection the store had in inventory. When I selected the one I wanted, Zach came and assisted in my decision. After scanning the bar code, he informed me this was the last one available. I inquired about ordering a new one, or possibly purchasing the demo or floor unit. He went and brought his manager out , Kim. After some discussion, we were able to put a deal together on the floor model. I have to say the two of them met my expectations for customer service! I am in the automotive industry and I am sure I was not the easiest customer to deal with, and they did phenomenal!

Great experience ordering online and then picking up in store from their automated locker. Just approach the kiosk, scan the pickup code from the email on your phone, sign the screen, and a door opens from which you retrieve your order packaged and ready to go. Easy!

I came in last weekend to get my wedding invitations done and Cindy at the printing department was the sweetest and fixed all the little mistakes that happened previously such as giving me wrong info and not printing off enough cards even though I paid for them. She was the absolute best and knows what she’s doing!

Currently there is sidewalk work happening outside so it’s cumbersome to get to. Their ink cartridge recycling program is a money saver. The store recently got reorganized so there are rust makes visible on the floor where shelves used to be and aren’t now. The selection is good and the printing department is top notch

Met some friends there looking for some envelopes but Office Depot didnt have the right size. They had to go elsewhere.Needed about 14 feet of ethernet cable and found their 14 feet cable cost just 1 dollar less than a 25 foot cable. But the smaller ones were cost adjusted for the smaller length. Where is the fairness?Everything should go up in increments.Of course, they may say the actual cost of the 25 foot cable should have been $32.That would make sense.

Neat clean and well organized. Every employee greeted me and took the time to ask if I had questions or needed help. Store seems a bit low on inventory but otherwise they have up to date computers, office supplies, and acc.

This store needs help. Walked in knowing exactly the laptop I wanted. Only one in stock was the display model and was told they could not sell it. order it and I could pick it up in three days. Found one on line (on my own) in another OD in a neighboring town and asked if this store could have it shipped here. They said it would be faster to order it from their normal source. Then was told it was not available. (Didnt just order on line because the local advertised item included a gift card with purchase.)Drove to neighboring town (got stuck in horrible traffic jam due to an accident) and bought the exact computer there. However, I returned to my local store to buy a laptop carry case. The cases were completely disorganized. Found one I liked, and asked employee to scan and it was twice the price of the label on its hook. Found that none of the computer cases were priced/placed correctly. Then, the employee suggested I order one from Amazon! Unbelievable.

For an office depot this location really shown. The people who were working at the print counter did a phenomenal job and got the orders done quickly. Well done!

The store was clean. Hardly any employees. I couldnt find anyone to ask the location of an item so I wandered around looking for push pins. Not sure why they arent anywhere near the cork boards. They are all the way across the store. The cashier was pleasant. At least he smiled said hi and asked about my rewards card. Not looking for someone to have a conversation with but he just didnt seem to have a desire to be there. He was the only employee interaction I had. Not a terrible experience but not an outstanding one either.

VERY disappointed in the customer service at this location. Called and was immediately placed on hold. Waited several minutes and was disconnected. Called back and asked NOT to be placed on hold, explained that I was previously on hold and disconnected.The girl who answered snickered and then sounded completely put out at having to assist me. I explained that I was just needing about ten copies of a document as our home printer was out of order. The customer service agent said the guy who handles the printing was too busy to take my call.I asked if I could email the work over and if I would be able to pick up the copies today. The girl said she didnt know and to send the email and someone would respond. I sent an email asking if the copies could be completed today by a specific time and if not could they let me know so I could get the work completed at a different store. Never got a response at all.

This place is definitely hit of miss. Sometimes I come here and get great service, other times its terrible. This is definitely not the place to go to for hard drives or flash storage. They have some, but the selection is minimal.

Ordered online, was ready in under an hour. They have lockers for your items, so skip the check out line! Great experience

I turned in a small print job at 2:00 on a Thursday & was told the job would be ready by Friday at 1:00 p.m. When I arrived at the store the job had not been started or even pulled from the folder to print. The managers excuse was the employee I placed the order with was out. He was not apologetic & a very no care attitude!!

You know, I never thought Id bother rating an office depot, but we had to come here at the last minute for school supplies and the workers that were on the floor were so helpful and empathetic theres no way I cant tip my hat towards them. Thanks guys.

Getting anything printed is an event. Takes forever, they don’t know what they’re doing, they’re slow and they don’t spend enough time listening to the customers. I spend a good chunk of my time there every week and it’s a nightmare.

There is always something wrong with the store. Every time I come in. Its something new. Today they can only print black and white their color Printer is low on ink. Really??? In the printing section is always a long line most of the time is only one cashier there trying to print , fax and also check out. You guys need to get your act together

I was helped by Joe the manager. I purchased a new laptop. Then got hacked. Had also purchased a printer that was wifi controlled. Right now I can not use either product. Im under the weather and have not called the Technical dept.yet. I do plan to contact them soon. Thanks, COOKIE CRONK

I am BEYOND angry with this Office Depot and wish I could give this place zero stars. Me and my other friends came into this store looking for important things to buy that we needed and minding our own business. While we were looking around the employees started to follow and watch us to make sure we weren’t stealing, not anyone else just us, at the time I was like okay, whatever, you do what you gotta do if you truly believe that we’re doing what you’re accusing us of and so after a while they were following us, the guy that looked like the manager was asking my friend very personal questions that’s none of their business and then asking me about what I’m buying which is also none of their business and it was very weird and began to become out of hand, I was going to check out and one of the cashiers were talking on their little electronic device and checking a customer out and then suddenly the cashier looked at us and then the customer and I know damn well that wasn’t a coincidence but what really pissed me and my friends off is that after she got done checking out with the man that looked like the manager, she was half way to the door to leave and heard the guy saying on his device that “he’s taken care of the problem” like what problem? I’d love to know what the “problem” was. Together we spent about $500 there and they just treated us like we were criminals and I’ll never forgive them for such total disrespect. The employees here need a lesson on respect and how to treat a customer because this was just so ridiculous and extremely out of hand and I will NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE EVER come back to this horrible disgusting place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Came here to get an image printed. The employees in the printing and copying area are absolutely clueless and unmotivated. The equipment was breaking, which is totally beyond their control, but their work attitude and knowledge are completely unacceptable. They dont seem to know how to work anything and they wont finish up a job before starting another, leaving several people standing around waiting instead of getting the job done and sending them on their way. I will never come to an Office Depot for printing services again.

One star for the printing services for business cards. Ordered same-day online in the morning, went up there that night and nobody had even opened the order. Color printer was down (and has been for sometime), out of matte cards, card-cutting machine was down. Now Im stuck with pages of b&w glossy cards that are unreadable... at full price of course but I had to have something.
