I wanted to support our local Office Max, rather than order online. I called to make sure they had the toner in stock for my printer, which I had bought at OfficeMax. Nope! When I went to the store to purchase printer paper, I was depressed to see empty shelves...about 1/3. It looks like Corporate wants to close the store by having sales go down. Limited inventory , limited sales.The staff was very helpful. It angered me that Corporate did not give them the inventory they need to be successful.

I went in to be fingerprinted for a job and forgot my mask in my car. The lady asked me to get it, and I said I was sorry I had forgotten it. I happily returned to my car to get it. When it came time for the fingerprinting, the young man doing the fingerprinting was not wearing a mask. When questioned, he said he had an exemption but had forgotten the little clip.This man was going to be standing two feet from me doing the fingerprinting with no mask, but I had to return to my car for mine. Very unprofessional.

I dont shop for office supplies. Utilizing the printing services mostly. These folks are the Kings& Queens of customer service. Service dog friendly as well as really good at what they do. 5 stars aint enough. They deserve more

I ordered something online for one hour pickup. My order was ready in less than five minutes, an hour before the store was open. I was able to pick up my order fifteen minutes before the store opened. This really exceeded my expectations. I will order here again next time I need to place a pickup order.

I do like going to this store and this OfficeMax does a good job with keeping the store clean and being friendly. I have used the print services many times and they do go the extra mile to make sure your happy. Some of the other store products on the shelves etc. can be expensive, but when they have sales going on, these items are a great deal to get. The OfficeMax brand for just about all products in the store are not bad, the quality may suffer, but it can save you $$$.

I come here all the time and its usually not so bad. Im usually in and out pretty quickly.But for some reason the associate that helped me, Allison thought the people behind me in line were more important than me. She helped 3 other patrons while my order waited on the printer.Dont stop by if youre in a hurry. They really dont care.

Needed a simple document print. Ladies in print center very polite. Got the job done very quickly. Less than 5 mins. I have always had positive experiences here. Will only be using them now.

Luke was very helpful (and friendly) in getting our wedding invitations printed - printing services was not his normal area but he went the extra mile for us, printed out multiple test copies with different types of paper until we had the invitations we wanted, and even hand trimmed them when he noticed the cutter was cutting them crookedly. Thank you so much, we love our invitations!! :)

My Daughter brought an Iphone 7 here to have the screen replaced and after 2 trips back to the store we wound up with them removing the replacement screen that did not work properly the phone was returned more damaged. Called store manager Ryan and he had no answers or any help to resolve the situation. I will take my business elsewhere.When the phone was dropped off only the glass screen was broken with no other damage, after the last visit the old screen was back on with damage to the lcd and other functions no longer working properly.One of the techs working on the phone admitted to no having any experience with that phone but said he might be able to figure it out.

Dont buy electronic devices here(such as laptops), they are over priced, they dont work, and then of you go to return it they wont do it for you. (unless youve only had it for 14 days. Even if you spent the extra $$ for the extended warrenty.) Others may have had good experiences here, all I know is that I have not.

Placed an order on Wednesday afternoon for printing services. Called Friday morning asking for an update and was advised it would be ready Friday afternoon and they would call. They finally called Saturday afternoon. I just picked them up today. I waited for 15 minutes as people tried to act busy and not help customers. After I paid I said THANK YOU and the young lady pushed my presentation down the counter out of her way and never acknowledged.

Placed a canvas print order on Wednesday and gave them until today to get it done. Call to make sure before i drive an hr 1 way to pick up. They forgot about the email and no job ticket was made. I use to work for office depot in the cpc department. There is no excuse pure just lack of attention and communication. When i asked how long until it was ready and the best i got was by this afternoon. It was already 11 am. I am beyond frustrated with this whole situation. UPDATE: 2 weeks and still not done. Hoping when i call in 2 hrs there is a finished product to pick up.

They make the best prints in town, hands down. Would be five stars but for the numbers problems Ive had with them. However, the staff is very nice and resolves issues (though not always in a timely manner).

My husband purchased two chairs. One of the chairs that he paid for was supposed to be transferred to this store from another store and we were to get a phone called once they received it. We never got a phone call so my husband decided to call them. The manager told us it was never transferred and that the store it was supposed to had been transferred from didnt have any of the chairs in stock. My husband asked the manager Steve what could be done since we had paid for two chairs and we only have one. The manager Steve instead of offering to contact other stores to see if our missing chair could be transferred to their store, told my husband we could call around to other stores ourselves and see if they would transfer the chair for us. No customer service there at all. Will be going to get my money back on both chairs.

I ordered a name tag, $20.Waited a week for it.When it came in, it was a pocket hanger and not a name tag.Asked the manager, a 6ft 4 guy, if I could borrow the hanger until it was ordered correctly?With no remorse for the inconvenience, knowing a name tag is important for my position, he flatly refused.Offering only to charge me twice for their mistake.I cancelled the order, and will do business elsewhere.Thank you

They have a nice selection of Office Products, and luckily I found some pretty neat stuff on clearance.

I wont ever shop here again.. if you buy something here you better make sure you get it right the first time. I bought a 3 ring binder from the manager and changed my mind(to big) and he told me to bring it back in a couple days after the debit transaction had cleared and me standing their with the receipt in my hand asking the person who sold it to me 2 minutes earlier.. Strange customer service and just bad PR. (in my experience)
