My daughter was here for about 6 or 7 months and in that short time they had 3 different directors. There’s no communication between the directors and parents they do not inform us of anything. I honestly do not recommend this daycare. Because of the negligence of this facility my daughter lost her CCMS. They charge way too much for not wanting to provide her with breakfast or lunch every other Friday. You can definitely find a better daycare with better rates and better communication. Some of the teachers are nice and caring while others simply are not.

We love Ivy Montessori! My two boys goes here. My younger one was only 2 when we send him here and he started picking up lot of words. Their teaching method and caring is amazing. I have seen 3 preschools before but Ivy is best. All teachers are friendly and loving kids. Naaz is school head and always welcoming with smile and affection towards kids. We are so happy with the school and daily status reports we get from school. They have a way of teaching that makes the information stick. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a Montessori school, or just daycare in general.

We absolutely love this montessori. The teachers and principals just love the children so much. No need to be nervous taking your kids here- they take great care of the children. You also can pay the monthly fee to watch your child through the classroom cameras- definitely worth it and helps make any nervous parent feel at ease. We feel that our child has advanced quickly while attending here. We have stayed local just because we like this place so much for our child.

My daughter attended this school in 2012. We had a very unfortunate event there. My daughter had little bug bites all over and I took her to the doctor on a Thursday. She was diagnosed with Scabies! I immediately called the school and alerted them that she had this. I brought her back to school on the following Monday after the required treatment, but nothing had been done to clean the room or alert the other teachers and parents that this was a potential problem there. I helped one teacher realize that she too had scabies and then I saw that many other children had these little bites all over their legs. I went to the hallway and saw one of the moms that I knew personally and explained what my daughter had. She was very glad that I told her because her son too had bites and she took him immediately to the doctor to get the necessary medicine. When the owner saw that I had spoken to this mom, she forcibly grabbed my arm and yelled at me. She said something to the effect that I should not be talking to anyone about this situation. I had to alert the Health Department, they investigated and finally the classroom was emptied, disinfected, and everyone in the school was alerted (as they should have been from the start). The owner met with my husband and said that we were no longer welcome to attend the school after this event. We wouldnt have gone back anyway. Beware! In addition, we saw a huge turnover of teachers there. Lastly, we found out later that they charge families different tuition fees. Im not sure why. That seemed odd to me. I think it is now called Ivy Montessori Academy.

My toddler son has been attending this academy for almost 2 years and now his baby sister joined him. I have visited few other places before choosing this, many reasons - close to my place, convenient timings and nice environment over all. Pleased with the program and the involvement of the teachers and director.

I interviewed and toured about 10 daycares in the area and chose this one for my daughter. She is happy and thriving every day. The teachers genuinely care about her. The director Ms. Anisa and the teachers communicate and listen to my comments on how I like the care for my daughter, its definitely a harmonious collaboration.I feel like my daughter has a family away from home!

Very caring and loving staff! We started our daughter at Coppell Creek when she was 1 year old after touring several schools in the area. The staff at Coppell Creek are very friendly and loving. Our daughter eats and naps very well at school. We also enjoy watching her over the WatchMeGrow web cam.

This school is ran by an Indian couple. They have a very good educational business model. From that perspective of curriculum and structure they are fantastic. However, there is a huge social element that is missing with these owners both with parents and with staff members. The turn over is very high and it is not uncommon to find yourself in a very socially awkward moment more often than not. Structure and education is great but I also want my children to be loved with emotion and held when they need it and comforted when appropriate. I know this is redundant but the people skills of the owners and leadership ability is very poor. Its unfortunate really because they could really have a steller program otherwise.

I had a very bad experience with Ivy Montessori Academy. There was no connection between kids and teacher. The teacher was holding my sons hand so tight to teach him writings. My son was complaining about his hand and how painful she keep his hand. I talk to his teacher but still he was complaining. However there was another teacher he loves and teachs Spanish class Im not sure how to pronounce here nem ( Mrs. Konny). But he had to spend must of the time with his main teacher that I prefer to not mention the name. One day, I was standing outside waiting for my son to get his stuff. I saw the same teacher that my son was complaining, took the paper under the kids hand and throw it in the garbage while tbe poor kid was crying and keep bagging for his drawing and teacher shouted be quite and site. To watching this incident was heart breaking and I decided th o report the incident and take my son out of tbere. I think all the kids should treated with kindness and care. The sad part is every time we pass this place it brings all the bad memories to my son and he says I hate my old school because teacher hurt my handAnd He would always remember the greatest Spanish teacher (Mrs. Konny)

I have children who attend this school. I have to agree with the last poster. You will find yourself in some very awkward moments with the owners and the assistant director as well. There is something missing here that I cant quite put my finger on. Im not sure if what exists is genuine interest in the children and families or the fascade being portrayed by Mrs. Lata as a part of their business model. Yes she greets everyone , but never ever really has time to talk to the parents outside of potential and or existing problems that she or the staff may have with your child. Again, the interactions seem not so genuine. The curriculum is ok as far as Coppell standards go. The teachers work hard as they are obviously micromanaged by the owners. Again a little awkward.
