The ladies there are amazing .. I ask for a product if they knew if any was coming in on next truck they said it be tomorrow but the one of the ladies went back there to check if they had any... they were super sweet and customer service was a WOW!! Thank you so much.. love this store and will for sure come back !!!

This store states that they are hiring. Upon request for the status of my application I was hung up on by multiple people. I was very polite and the manager was quite rude when I asked to speak with her. Also if you aren’t hiring anymore and you are fully staffed, take down the sign for hiring because you’re getting people’s hope up, especially ones still looking for a job.

The employees at the registers in this location are friendly and efficient.But the Manager (should there be more than one A Woman) needs to be sent to school for management and sensitivity training. She is out right rude to employees and customers.She needs to learn just having an aggressive bossy attitude is not how to professionally manage a team and produce excellent results.I recently moved here from Pennsylvania and I only experienced professional Dollar Tree Managers in Pennsylvania who kindly picked up the slack when their employees were overwhelmed. This lady rides them like a slave driver and makes all the customers uncomfortable.

Love our Dollar Tree just wish they would get ride of the stuff over a dollar. If we wanted to spend more we go to a different store.

Clean, well stocked and in great order, staff friendly & helpful.

They have lots of great merchandise but as far as sanitizing, it is non-existent. I have been there a few times and havent ever seen carts or anything else ever being clean. Be careful if you use the hand sanitizer provided at the door, it is as thin as water.

I enjoyed shopping here. They always have what I need, and in the sizes or amounts I use. Gotta love the prices.

It was crowded but all looked healthy and maintained their 6 ft safety when possible. Well stocked, including paper goods and cleaning products. If your car is low to the ground, make sure you get on the driveway of you will scrape on the street to lot slope.

Just be prepared to wait in a long line but this dollar tree has some $1.00 and $5.00 items so be sure to ask the cashier if you arent sure. My cashier told me I had a $5.00 item, so I appreciated that. This dollar tree has a bigger selection and their crafting section is amazing !!

A must stop for me when in Cove. The abundance of stock and how well it is arranged is nice. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Automotive/Hardware section currently low or no items available; out of sponge paint brushes, clamps, wire cutters... This is a small store but usually better stocked than it was today.

This Dollar Tree in Copperas Cove, TX is a great place to shop. If they dont have the item they will try to get it in the next delivery or assist you with ordering it and you can pick it up at their store. Great associates wonderful customer service and support

Nifty items at a great price.

Well stocked with wide variety of items. Greeting cards are nice for only fifty cents or one dollar each. A seven pound bag of ice is only a dollar. Lots of good deals!

Amazing place! I go there for most of my needs. The only problem I have is that sometimes you have to stand in line for a while but its worth the wait.

The store is kept nice HOWEVER the staff lack professional attitudes and are ghetto and trashy. Management is completely unprofessional and just as horrible with her nasty attitude.

Dollar Tree is the place to shop to stretch your grocery budget. The store is clean and well organized. The shelves are neatly stocked with a great variety of products. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

I like it alot

Called at 1637 this evening to ask a question about an item being in stock. Was put on hold for 12 minutes, not really a big deal there. The phone was placed on the counter the entire time and if assistance for phone calls or register was requested, I am not sure. I hung up as the associate did not pick the phone back up for the entirety of the time to say anything and have been trying to call back for the last 20minutes with no success because the phone is STILL off the hook. Customer service in store is generally good but the phone service leaves something to be desired.

This dollar tree unlike others in the area is actually clean organized and have employees who are helpful. Theyve recently renovated the store and added a few upgrades for consumer convenience. Its quick and easy shopping for things you need, things you didnt know you needed 😊 and a place to find great deals.

I only went here to buy a Gatorade as I was standing behind the customer in front of me the cashier looked at me and turned around and whispered something to another employee when she turned back around her and the other employee both looked at me and looked away. When it was my time to buy my Gatorade that same cashier was very rude as the other employee stared at me. I have never saw these people in my life I have no idea what this was about but I really did not appreciate it. I shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable just buying a drink

Bigger than most dollar trees.

One of my favorite places to shop because I can spend a lot more money going to Dollar Tree and bring home a lot more items for my money then I can at other stores that has the same items. But sometimes I go to the bigger chain stores if their items has a better quality on their items.

I witnessed the store Manager today being verbally attacked by a customer, while I was in line waiting to be helped. She handled the situation very well. But the customer would not let her speak on her behalf and the behalf of her employees. Telling her how much money he makes, like to belittle her and her job. That he was a District Manager, so he knows what is best. That he was right and she was wrong. Sad to see that people are so quick to look down their nose at those in customer service.

Store is always organized, clean ..wait time at the registers never no problem. But if they dont have it in stock, then on my next visit its there .

Bought some items that waz the wrong size went it to return it and they won’t offer refunds. Couldn’t exchange because they didn’t carry the item anymore so If you buy anything from this store make sure you want to keep it because they don’t offer a refund. Dam even Walmart and Heb and all stores do. Nothing on shelves looks like it’s going out of business. Cashiers are rude and so is the manager l. Stay away from here go to the one in Killeen. At least they have good customer service

It would have been better if the cashier would have smiled even though she was having a bad day. Do not let your customers know it. I could have been from corporate or a competitor. Retail is hectic but never let them see you sweat just keep smiling and vent somewhere else not in front of your customers.

I like that Dollar Tree is selling food stuffs. The store here needs a refrigerated section for frozen foods too. But, overall they are a good store.

Dollar Tree deserves a giant mental health award. So many times I have been really broke and fighting depression. When I make a trip to the Dollar Tree, I can always find a little treat that perks me up. Since everything really is a dollar, I dont overspend. I have also learned to check Dollar Tree first. Sometimes I can find what I need for a dollar instead of $5 at another store.

Love this place always able to get the stuff we want for movie nights, sleep overs, and my kids needs.

I like the staff, for the most part. The majority seems upbeat at the register. But the store is almost always trashed. The isles are like dodging land mines of products and boxes.

Horrible leadership, customer service as well as management. The manager joyse I believe or joyce was extremely rude to customers. When simply asked for corporate number she then tried to defend herself before I even stated the issue. The store was extremely dirty needed to be vacuumed as well. Instead of simply listening to the customer I she began to argue when all I simply asked for was a number. Then her friend which was another customer joined the conversation and started to yell at me.

Love the holidays here, they always have a great assortment of decorations!
