I picked this school because it was the only one open for in-person learning during the pandemic with precaution. (Mask is MANDATORY at all time, temperatures are taking Twice a day, you must wash and wear gloves before touching any clinical equipment)Book with JB learning, Lab skill packet, two uniform shirt ( one for rides and the other for class) is all included in your tuition. The instructors know the material. They are available outside of class.Classes can drag sometimes. The students and instructor ratio is no more than 23 to 1.Show up, ask questions, and practice those questions on JB learning.I passed my NREMT on the first try. Class 2006

Great school with GREAT instructors. Just finished my EMT program and i will be taking paramedic class with them next. My instructor s are great, and always helpful and there for me whenever i needed them. I started classes at the beginning of the Covid 19 out break and we were able to continue working together and kept us on track!

Ive used EEI for several years. They have been a reliable source of continuing education for my Paramedic certifications and any EMS needs I have. When I read these reviews I wonder if people dont show respect when calling. Michelle, whom answers the phones is polite and friendly when I have called on numerous occasions. Ive also spoken to Victor, whom is a fantastic guy and EXTREMELY knowledgeable!I work for a fortune 500 company, have a masters degree and still maintain my NREMT-P. These guys are helpful as long as you are respectful. Thanks Guys!

Very bad school and waste of money. More than half of my class couldn’t pass the nremt. We were not prepared for it what’s so ever. 4,000 down the drain. Reply: Lmao I came two summers ago!!! Y’all go through sooo many front desk personals that I don’t expect you to know me or the other fifteen student whom have the exact same complaint. I I have receipts to prove! Run away. Y’all so funny. You have been WARNED. Email anyone I’ll show proof that they are just money hungry!!!!! [email protected] with pictures of uniform and all. So funny whatever school I attended , good one.

Completed my Florida Paramedic course through my employer. EEI instructors treated students with respect, answered all questions, and took extra time on clinicals, FD rides, and classroom whom they identified as needed additional instructions that made sense to the student. I passed my exam and now working as a paramedic and it feels good. Even now that Ive graduated and moved up professionally, my instructors still take time to answer my texts and emails. I will be taking additional continuing education through this school. Thanks everyone

Horribly rude school. I stopped in on my day off last Friday to speak with an advisor and it seemed like the people there had no clue what they were doing. The lady up front was so rude to me and my friend and she couldnt even answer my questions properly. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends, ever! If I could give 0 stars to leave a review, I would have. Save yourself the waste of time and do not even bother going there. Terrible, very disappointing.

I have attended this school for their nursing program and I am glad to say that I am now a Registered Nurse today because of them. If it wasnt for Ms. Ugalde, I would not have been a nurse today without her undying support for her students. Her continuous drive toward making the school and nursing program the best around has gone unnoticed. She is truly an inspiration. If you have considered applying here, make sure you contact their admissions officer Toni. She is very fast to respond and makes sure she addresses the concerns of past, current, and future students as well. She works hard, so she can make sure your experience at EEI goes well too.The whole staff has done a great job so far, Keep it up EEI!

Inquired about curriculum last week, representative stated NCLEX scores are on par with national average. However, they are well below the national average.

I am going to give my honest opinion that I wished someone sat down and told me .Most of the instructors are cool. When I attendedImy emails were often IGNORED like many of my other classmates. But from time to time I would get a response. I remember one time someone in admissions named Monai or somethinh gave me a nasty additude because I was asking her a question through email and she rudely responded that she she is not the one I am suppost to be contacted. Being that I am a student she should have been nice or kindly route me to the next person. After I respond to her saying that I get a call from the schools president at the time telling me thay I have to be careful of what I say even when someone is being rude to me because I can be blackballed in this indusry because people are very tight knight and word does spead. You tell me what you think about that.

The most Rudest Lady Ever Is the one who answers the phone as She rushes you because she is talking with someone more important and seems as She doesnt want to listen to what you want to ask...I was recommended to this institution by a former Firefighter but this lady took all good that I knew from this institution and Put it in the Garbage...
