As a company event, our team did a series of self defense seminars at KungFu Connection in Coral Springs (Wiles Rd). Our team had a great experience and each of us left the seminars with invaluable knowledge of self defense techniques as well as a deeper understanding of KungFu teachings and its origins. The KungFu teachers were excellent, knowledgeable, and taught at a pace that was ideal for each individual to learn. With this experience I can only imagine what you can learn from doing this type of training on a long-term basis. I would definitely recommend everyone experience these self defense/KungFu training classes.

They are professional and responsible. More than this they very kind teaching the kids. My son , that is 9 years old, always says that here he is truly able to learn how to protect himself and have fun at same time. I recommend them.

Sifu Beto is a true master! His superpower lies in his ability to transmit the elements of being a warrior and nurturing at the same time. He and his teachers have created an extraordinary environment. I am a Chiropractic Physician and a woman in her fifties. His classes are very safe for all ages and levels of athleticism, with a solid rate of advancement in technique, strength, and stamina. His class teaching are both age appropriate and ability appropriate with accommodations for limitations due to unique physical conditions.

Im taking the Tai Chi class, Sifu is a great guy who teaches around your needs. Plus the exercises he teaches are very effective. There was a lady who needed to use a chair as a crutch, and by the next week she could do it without the chair. I feel more balanced and graceful with my movements. At a reasonable price, you get a great class with a great guy who knows what hes doing. Also he tells fun stories.

The instruction here is excellent - focused. I cannot say enough great things about how much difference the Sifi and others have made with my son here. This is especially true after comparing with some other activities in the area that eventually fizzled. A culture of respect and building-up of the community with an emphasis on personal responsibility are a forte and the Sifu is authentic. You should definitely check this place out!
