My kids have been in the school for a little over a year now and I absolutely love them. The staff is amazing! They are so sweet and caring with the kids and my kids love going there. The director Ms. Dafne is so amazing, professional and very informative. I have read some of the reviews on here and they are absurd, this school has been nothing but great with my kids. They are not money hungry in any way, I see people fail to understand that in order for this preschool to be open or any business for that matter you have to pay. Not to mention this school offers every meal plus snacks for the kids. Needless to say AMAZING preschool for my kids. I would recommend to everyone I know.

Dont bring your child here, they keep changing the teachers, and the directors. The new crew seems to have no idea of what they doing. They basically put all the kids in one room and let to run around. The new front office director is rude, and never has and answer to whats going on here. We are having a really bad experience with my step son. He is not learning anything since they changing from one room to another depending on their ratio for their convenience.

I loved this daycare when they first opened especially Natalia she is so kind and friendly and my son loves her. But the more staff they got the more bizarre accidents happened with my son that no one could explain to me. I understand they are kids and accidents happen but at least give me a reasonable explanation. My son had a swollen eye and scratches on his face that could not be explained and the teacher had the nerve to say he came there like that! I also seen a teacher pulling him by his arm off the floor and her reason was she was trying to stop him from getting hurt. But she didnt realize I sat and watched before I actually walked in. If it continues to go like this I will have no choice but to change his daycare.

I Love this daycare.. When my son first started going he was scared but it didnt last long. He always wants to go to school... I am taking him back i moved him because of the distance but he learned so much there i think the distance is worth it.

Alpha Preschool Academy 2 is the WORST daycare ever! I saw a teacher push my son by his head along with several other students since I made my complaint they have had a write up for my son everyday prior to this he was written once or twice in his 2yrs at this location trying to make it out as though my son is a problem child when in reality the teaching staff is a joke! My child was not learning here at all! He has been at his new school only a week and I have already seen so much results. They are very hands on with learning and everyday my son comes home telling me new stuff he has learned. As a concerned mother I am sharing this with you because I would hate to see another child and parent go through this.

When this school first opened, my daughter was one of the first kids there and she absolutely loved it. The teacher was amazing the girls at the front knew their stuff. But as the months went on the staff started changing every few weeks my daughter never had the same teacher for any length of time. You bring up concerns and you are made to feel like your in the wrong for bringing up any issues. There was a little boy that was known for constantly having behavior issues getting physical with my daughter and she came home with bruises and cuts . The admin would say they know there is a problem and they will talk to the parent. Bottom line there is no discipline, no structure if you want your kid to get any sort of education and what not this is NOT the school. I pulled my daughter out and had her go to another school for her VPK and school during the day. I would not recommend this school to anyone that I know.

I been taking my kids to this daycare for over 2 years now and all i have to say is how amazed i am at professionalism these worker put in ensuring our kids safety, and how much they have learned.plus you cant beat how much cheaper this place is compared to other daycares in the area

Excellent school!!! My child started at the age of 2 and they were able to have her fully potty trained within couple months. The teachers are very friendly and polite and know every single student by name. With this being my childs first daycare/school to this day have no regrets of making this her first learning experience outside of home. Ms Denise is an extra ordinary teacher who educates the student and care for them as her own. My daughter even mistakenly calls me Ms Denise at home. Best Preschool in Broward County where 2 and 3 year Olds actually recites the American pledge, numbers, colors,shapes etc. I would definately recommend!!!!!!

Horrible school. Mrs Sita the owner couldnt care less about kids. This is just a money maker for her. The school is dirty and outdated and the teachers are clearly underpaid and underquilified. My sons hated going daily. It was a major struggle. Yes it may be affordable but do yourself a favor and find another school. I took my boys out and found a better school and they love it they go to school daily smiling dont cry and Im so happy to go. I brought up my concerns to the owner and she got very upset with me which was highly unprofessional. She told me that she catered to people that work at Walmart Im not sure what that comment was supposed to mean but I was just concerned with my kids and the level of care that they were not getting . I never planned on writing a review but were talking about a daycare that watches children so I feel every parent should know dont waste your time and dont put your kids in harms way.

Worst place to work for there so unorganized like I started there and I had another opportunity but pick to work here and had my CDA they gave me no one on one to teach but just watch kids sleep or yell and play no training or no one went over there scehudles or introduce me to the kids I was Kinda doing it myself they had no steady sechudle just random time they will tell me come and everyone had a schedule and I had a family to provide for 200 not going to help and all the staff uses there phone on the playground and hide to do it but as soon as she saw me she wanted to yell and cut all my hours on top of not giving me instead saying you get a write or I have to let u go like a normal normal job then she keep sending me to a different location on purpose then no more communication or call to come was overall unorganized and they wanted me gone after they saw me on the phone first time even tho all the employees use there phone on the playground or they will tell me play w the kids and everyone would just watch as well like I do no one would play with kids and previous staff thought I was under pay for me having my CDA and only get pay 9 an hour plus the kids had no learning goals every time I come take them playground or there eating or threw toys yes kids supposed to play but no circle time I saw nothing or they wouldn’t even tell me try to do that with them even when I volunteered the teacher made me read to them and they had worksheets they had structured this school didn’t just play time or movie time worst company to work for or they didn’t inform me of benefits nothing and I feel it’s more family organized or favoritism

I have a three years old girl in this school, Im so glad I found it thanks to my friend that has her kid there to, this school is amazing, teachers are incredible , I just love this school .i defenelly recomend it.

My son loves it here at Alpha Preschool Academy 2. My son dont normally take to everyone but he loves the Ladies here. Hes smiling and blowing kisses. I feel at complete ease while working that my baby is ok. I love that they have activities planned even with the one year olds like my child. Most places just babysit. My son is learning. My son is kept neat and face is clean when I pick him up. I really really love the activities they plan and that they give you calendars so you can stay informed on whats going on. If my baby happy then Im happy! I tell everyone the changes Ive seen in him. Im glad I enrolled him.

This place is horrible and ridiculous. My niece been coming here for sometime now a family situation occur life or death which called for us to relocate 2 hours away. We tried to talking to the director, Ms. Daphne to work out something because the payment are due tuesday afternoon for the whole week. Unfortunately, the situation occur monday my niece attend the one day and could no longer attend. Their first concern was about the money. It went nowhere with her so we asked to speak to her boss. Here it get worst. The boss/owner Ms. Sita doesnt care about the children all she care about is the money. To even get in touch with her was a hassle she doesnt included a way to contact her you have to go through the director. This involve multiple calls and text message. When we finally got in touch we tried reason to prorate the week for the day which got no way. She was nasty and rude stating what the problem i dont want to deal with that parent why you calling me the director had to hand the phone to us because she didnt even want to speak because the rudeness Ms. Sita. Ms. Sita threatening​ she will come after us and add on fees. Paying for the day care not the problem the problem was paying it being told we have to drop her off by 930 and living 2 hours away. So we tried working out a different time to drop her off. Ms. Sita clearly stated she did not give a Dam*** about our situation she want her money. We had to pay her and be there at 930 or my niece would not be accepted or pay her and leave altogether. We agreed to pay the week and send her on the days we had to come down. Again another problem occur Ms. Sita refused to let my niece in that unless we had the money in hand. Payment are dues tuesday at pick up now we were told she will be refused unless we had the money that moment. After spending another hour out getting the money order we return to pay. Here Ms. Daphne express she did not agree to things her boss and that if we have to drop her off late then she willing to take her with no problem regardless of what Ms. Sita said. In my opinion running a child care service then u need to be involve in it. It is very clear Ms. Sita only want the money and for this i believe it is not suitable for my child or anyone else.

Mrs.sita is money hungry, dont care for no one, she wont even pay my wife her last check, so this lady should be investigated cause she clearly is doing illegal stuff
