Frustrated. I took a 2-hour trip with my mom to get her to her appointment. Although we showed up on time the receptionist told us her appointment was canceled because we didnt show up a half hour early. When I explained we just came from two hours away and couldnt they just see her anyway, the receptionist told me that they have patients from around the world and then asked if we want to reschedule. I said sure! But only if she can actually be seen next time! Apparently this happened to my mom numerous times when other relatives drove her out there. We have since begun having her appointments in our town at a local hospital.My mom only has nice things to say. Shes a lot more forgiving.

Staff is always friendly and waiting rooms are always clean. Pharmacy on site and a coffee shop. What more could you ask for!

They care for disabilities also when seeing a patient.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to this hospital. I have seen GI specialists and Surgeon specialist here, neither were good experiences. This hospital just looks at you like dollar signs. No one actually helps, they just want to take your money and push you onto the next doctor and the next. Making you take the same tests over and over, just so they can say I dont know whats wrong, lets send you to this person, they will do the SAME tests I did, charge you all over again and then we will tell you there is nothing we can do to help. Ive seen Dr.Lee and Dr Rubb. Dont recommended either.

Just witnessed a nurse give two patients a $10 gas card because they had to wait longer than normal. Neither patient was upset, but she apologized profusely when she gave them the cards and told them that they would be going back soon.Excellent patient care.

Best Drs, all in one shop I say, specialty click there, so Ive only came to the U 2x. They have great staff, labs, theyve done many diff specialty tests like ultrasounds and things Ive never heard. Also a surgical center.

The Staff here is amazing! Friendly,Helpful.Professional. Dr. Dirksen,Dr. White, and Dr. Kam are all wonderful doctors! Great bedside care. The parking is so much better than the hospital parking as well. A+++++++

Great parking...but that is about it. (Ohhh..and right next to Trader Joes!!l Get ready for a two hour wait (after your scheduled appointment) and that is after having made said appointment 3 months before. Ridiculous.

Dr. Abou-Arab is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. They all helped make a horrible situation just that much easier to deal with, and for that Ill always be grateful.

Weve been so impressed by the care, ease-of-parking, and amenities. Our optometry and prenatal care have been nothing short of our expectations and were fortunate to have such a place to go right in our backyard.

Every departments healthcare is great. They also have in house radiology, pharmacy, and bloodbank. I can see my doctor and have any other order in the above mentioned in-house services taken care of here without going to the hospital. The parking is right outside the building in a covered parkade and is free. And did I mention they are conveniently right off Interstate 80 Coralville exit!!! I love all my doctors here. Perfect!!

Got scheduled two months out for severe foot pain but waited it out anyway, day of appointment got pushed back another two because they were busy and I’m still a new patient. I’ll spend my time and money elsewhere.
