Three years ago was a different time when I submitted a review. Our children have now been with CCS for 5 years. Now with the impact of COVID what a blessing the school has been! The admin is continuing to adapt and serve the children & parents. We spoke and they are listening. We are so thankful for them. With change there needs to be faith and a platform to voice any concerns. Any parents coming in from public schools should be prepared to understand the environment. It’s a 180 from public school. It’s a Christian school and teachings are as such. It’s a true blessing.

I love that this school offers a before and after daycare for working parents. I hated the idea of leaving my 5 year old son at a daycare and having a stranger drive him to school. My sons teacher, Mrs. Banfield, is such a wonderful person and has taught my son so much throughout the school year. Im so grateful for this school and its staff.

CCS is an AMAZING school. I have 3 kids, 2 of which attend so far. I have experienced nothing but good things from the teachers, staff, kids and parents from this school. The teachers are so loving and get to know your child as an individual so that they can provide specified teaching to strengthen their growth as well as prepare them for the next year. The education is well rounded and not solely focused on reading and math. My son has really enjoyed the Science and History and loves computer class!! The Christian atmosphere is a breath of fresh air and the majority of families there have very compassionate and respectful children. The parent involvement couldnt be better. In my experience, there is usually more than needed. Class size is perfect and every teacher has an assistant so they can focus their time on the students!! Highly recommend!!

I have three grandchildren attending Crossroads Christian School and I also volunteer in a classroom. I am excited about the education they are receiving and proud of the grades they have on their report cards. The qualities of the teachers they have had are amazing. I am so proud that the school now has a High School; in fact they just had the first graduating class of 2013. I have no hesitation to recommend this school to anyone who asks about it.

I have been a parent at Crossroads schools for 10 years now and I am confident that this has been the best experience my kids could ask for. This year I had a child in preschool, elem, and middle school and I can say across the board my kids had quality teachers and staff who knew their strengths and weaknesses, and helped them to grow academically, emotionally and spiritually. My 7th grade daughter could name at least 3 teachers she felt she could go to with any problem and receive godly wisdom and a compassionate listening ear. Im so thankful that we now have a high school that she can look forward to continuing this life preparation.

Cant say its up to par for a private school. The tuition process is not up to date. They sure know how much or how little you have volunteered and how much you have to pay if you havent met your volunteer hours. But yet cant generate a tuition balance statement. EFT is all they seem to be concerned with. I agree with others - things do need to get better.

I am so excited about the new high school principal, Dr. Joleen Smith, and her vision for our students! Her commitment to see our learners fulfill their God given purpose in life is fantastic. Dr. Smith is truly committed to graduating students who not only can function in our high tech society, but students that are innovative and collaborative learners who will be highly effective leaders in our world. This is a fresh approach to education that is exciting and Im personally looking forward to the future of Crossroads Christian High School!

Crossroads Elementary School administrators have ZERO backbone and appear to be unable to stand behind and enforce their own policies and procedures. It seems that a small group of parents who have children enrolled at the school cannot appreciate the way certain programs are ran and what is, and what is not offered to traditional school students and home school students. And instead of those few parents accepting the appropriate first level administrators proper responses and answers, which by the way seemed to be based off the prior and ongoing practice of the school, those few parents allegedly demanded a meeting with the schools top administrators. So it came to light this afternoon that those administrators in someway or another spoke with those few parents; and those administrators could not handle the heat of those few complainants and were unable to properly uphold and defend their past practices and their operational policies and procedures. As a result, the school caved to those few parents and gave in to their demands. What a shame. What a shame that this school cannot offer unwavering support for their own past practices, policies and procedures and even throw their own employees under the bus for only attempting to stand up for the school and it programs.Kudos to those who did actually stand up for past practices, but shame on the rest.Secondly, I pay a pretty penny for my kids to attend school here. But so often times this school year, my kids have said the school did not have P.E., or Computers, or Library and as of today Music for the rest of the year. Excuse me, then what am I paying for then?! I have to ask if I am paying for my childrens education, or just the schools mortgage?I know, Ill pitch a fit like the other parents did in the above comment and demand a refund! I think Im entitled to it.

Three of my five children have gone to Crossroads from Preschool through 8th grade. We cant say enough how much it has benefited our kids and who they are today. The Christian base that is taught and followed at the school along with the curriculum that is on the same standard as public schools has been a key factor as to why weve had them there. They have amazing caring teachers in every grade level and the teacher to child ratio is better than public schools where kids are sitting on the floor at times. As parents, we are proud to say our kids attended or are attending Crossroads Christian Schools. If youre looking for a great school I would highly recommend going to Crosrsoads for a tour.

I love the schools....The high school is only in its 4th. year and still has some areas of concerns for myself as a parent. we pay $700. a month ,which is fair price wise. Each teacher has anywhere from 10 to 15 students and when I see that more then 3/4 are failing this is upsetting!.Many changes must take place and the church must be more involved as the school is apart of them...the church.
