This place takes the cake in service, cleanliness, safety for parents and kids alike.That is besides the talented and dedicated staff who has the best techniques to care for the kids and adult learners as well. My wife never swam in her life and she learned in less than 6 months and she could not be happier.I recommend the aquatic Zone for you and your kids.

First off. New people here. We walk in and they had a snotty attitude we need an appointment. I asked for class schedule. She was so rude from the very beginning. Work on customer service!!! If you want business take classes on your attitude!

I followed the registration per online instructions then called the facility to complete billing. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and answered all my annoying questions. So far, my 6 year old absolutely loves his swim classes. He has had Miss Dannie and Coach Regan (sorry if I misspelled their names) and says they are the best ever. Only wanted him in for a month to learn how to swim, but thinking I will need to extend since my son looks forward to coming here.

The facility looks clean and the staff was beyond friendly. Enjoyed the toddler class. The instructor was friendly and I felt very confident having my child in the water learning and having fun. Would recommend this place.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I attempted to call to schedule a class for my daughter and the worker crystal got ANNOYED with me for calling and told me to leave a message that they were busy and for me to stop calling. I left voicemails and send them texts for several days requesting a call back and still two weeks later I never heard anything back from anyone. I will NEVER be taking my daughter back here EVER again. Extremely rude customer service.

I love the Aquatic Zone. All 3 of my kids swim here and I cant say enough great things about the instructors. Im particularly very impressed with Amanda, Kyle, and Ryan. They put in a lot of effort in teaching your kids proper swim techniques and pushing them to be their best. Swim safety is very important and Im very disappointed now that they are having to close because of new state regulations. When they opened up post-covid , they took a ton of precautionary measures to promote social distancing, sanitary conditions, and hygiene. I really hope they are allowed to re-open as the services they provide to the community are very essential.

We have been looking all over for a good place to teach our 10 month old water safety and this place was somehow both the most economical and the nicest! A little far from is in Riverside but definitely worth the drive. They will let you join a lesson for free to try it out. My parents and I got to watch as my husband swam with the kid guided by a swim instructor who obviously loves his job (Kyle was the best). Everyone from the front desk were super friendly and the whole experience was delightful. Highly recommend!!!!

I had my son at this facility and I was being overcharged, they told me that they didnt have their billing records up to par, therefore i had to provide the billing statements. After arguing back and forth they finally said they were going to credit me back for what I was being overcharged but could no longer have my child enrolled with them. Hostile and tense atmosphere as soon as you walk in. But Kyle was a great instructor he was very easy going and personable with the kids, and his sister also.

Both my son and daughter have been going here for about 2 years now and love it. Staff is always friendly and cordial. For the people with the negative reviews, if you learned to speak ENGLISH and/or taught your kids manners and to pay attention, you would probably love this place as well.

Weve attended Aquatic Zone for nearly 2 years and have had experience with most if not all the instructors to some capacity. Either theyve provided instruction for my son, taken my payments, provided his lane cards, something. I have never had a rude experience with any. On the other hand, they are extremely friendly, caring and so sweet! You are made aware in advance that if you miss a class and your payment hasnt been made on time, your spot will be lost. That is due to the long wait list of parents for the evening classes. I had to wait several months before I could transfer my son to the most convenient times for us.They do call you though before youre dropped, several times. You have 24 hours to return the call. Ive had it happen to me, so I know the protocol and one time was enough. Also, if you leave on vacation, you can make up the class within the next year with advance notice.Ive had my son in this class and also competitive swim. No one else focuses on technique as Aquatic Zone does. I love this place!

My son went here for 2 years and adores his instructor Kyle!! I took lessons for a year and even my mom took swimming lessons here. Very cozy place with friendly staff. Love the amenities- hair dryer and coffee!!

Asked my sons grandparents to take him to his swimming lessons. They arrived and headed on over to the cashiers section. My sons grandparents were wearing plain clothes, and they speak broken English. (Hispanics)My father in law said in broken English, He is here to swim.The lady, who is not a cashier but one of the higher ups (dont want to mention her name) responded with,This isnt a public pool.They were not greeted, that was the first thing out of her mouth. She didnt even bother to ask if they wanted to register him or if he was already registered.In other words, if you are Hispanic and speak broken English wear a suit and tie👍

My daughter has been coming here since she was 9 months old, now she is 8 years and still continuing. The staff is great. I myself learnt floating here a few years back..

The lessons were good, my son learned to swim but the pool was too cold and the instructors yelled at the kids too much making it feel too much like bootcamp and not a fun summer activity.

The receptionist is very rude and the way she speaks to people is reason enough for me to never come here. Rude employees and rude managers. Take your kids anywhere else.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..The women here are RUDE.. and act with a sarcastic demeanor.. if youre here for almost a year and decide to take a vacation.. FORGET IT youll loose you spot and theyll kick you to another time..They also dont have anough changing tables to change toddlers and babies.. I normally have to wait 10-15 minutes with a soaking kid before were able to change her into dry clothes, and by then shes soakwd through the towels and into my own clothes..Theyre nice when youre signing up and getting your money after that RUDE RUDE AND RUDE..

Both of my kids learned to swim here! Staff is very professional and patient with children. We just wished we lived closer.

Worst experience my kid was scared of water in his second lesson so they kicked him out of the class in the middle of lesson and when I tried to talk to them they were sooo rude plus the trainer was aggressive and during the lesson he was injured in his leg, and people advised me not to talk to the owner since she is soooo rude too

I brought my 2 yr daughter here and did the parent and child class together and she loved the class and the teacher. The teacher was very patient with us and kept the class fun for her. Once she turned 3 she moved up to a class without me and she seemed to do even better just listening to the teacher with out me in the pool. The chat response is very fast if needing to cancel a class, change a class or add a make up class. All the staff is friendly and helpful and is definitely recommended bringing your kids here! Plus the amount of classes and time frames they have is unbeatable!
