Been calling all over town for diagnostics and finally found this place AND LET ME SAY andy was very professional but not too much cause he could joke with me at the same time too which is a good thing because being too by the book makes it feel just like business , (which isnt good for a shop/business relying on customer interaction so great job at making me feel at home and normal vs being ignored) asked about diagnostics and fees which he readily able to give me and tell me times of operation. unfortunately i have been in person yet so there will be an edit but if it goes anything like over the phone im sure to have a nice and relaxing experience even though i am panicking about my pc and its health lmao

I stopped by to get a diagnosis on my computer and I was helped. I had no idea what to do how to fix as I had messed it up and the owner still helped me thoroughly. He tried to fix what I thought was the problem, took time fromHis day and even though it didn’t work was so kind and helpful. Andy was so helpful. He does free diagnostic on laptops. He figured out the problem but it couldnt be fixed cost effectively. He still didnt charge us. Super friendly and super helpful!!!

The worker was really professional and helped me with a driver issue on my laptop, since it wasn’t working he was able to get it fixed and replaced within 10 minutes when I’ve been trying for hours. Since my laptop wasn’t broken it was free of charge, thank you and I highly recommend!

Andy is a true professional and knows his stuff. Wifes iPhone screen wouldnt respond, got stuck in a boot loop and finally turned completely dark. Took it in and he took it apart, replaced the screen, and fixed it right there while I waited. Will definitely be taking my future repairs his way.

Andy is amazing! His customer service is the best Ive ever received! Hes super friendly, very knowledgeable & affordable at the same time. I took my hard drive to best buy to see if they could retrieve the information from it because it quit working & their Geek Squad couldnt even fix it! They wanted to send it off to see if it could be fixed & said it could cost me up to &1,600 with a non refundable $250 deposit! No thanks Best Buy! They actually told me about Andy & said he was really good & more affordable. Boy were they right! He was able to transfer ALL of my data onto a hard drive I provided for only $200! That hard drive contained my most precious pictures & videos of my kids when they newborns to toddlers & had all of their major milestones on it. The thought of losing that was absolutely heart breaking to me! Im so glad I was told about Andy & was able to keep those sweet memories alive to pass down to my children. He even took the time to show me how to use my new hard drive & laptop because Im completely oblivious on how to use electronics! Overall, Im VERY satisfied with the service & quality of work I received & would highly recommend Andy at One Stop Tech Shop to anyone.

Andy did a great job repairing my iphone 8 plus screen for only $97 total. It only took him an hour and since my phone got disabled because of the wonky screen, he even tried to help me save my data from my phone. Although it didn’t work, he said I could come back and he would wipe it for me and help me reset it. He did at no extra charge. He also explained the screen and its layers to me so I could tell he knew what he was doing, so I felt good about leaving my phone in his care. Would recommend.

I just wanted to say that I just came from 1 stop I bought a wireless printer due to some documents I needed to email some important people. I needed to scan and email I am the worlds worst electronic guru The man there Andy did a step by step how to and really pulled me out of a bind and also helped fix my email account I cannot show my gratitude enough on how he helped me. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional I highly recommend him.

Brought in my computer after it stopped turning on. He looked at it and told me the problem for free and recommend me a new psu because it was broken. Whenever I got the psu I brought it in and he installed it and he installed for $45 and WiFi card free of charge. He did much more than just install the psu with no extra fees. Very nice and reasonable. Highly recommend.

My 2 yr. old son dropped dada’s iPhone 6s and cracked the entire screen. It was a mess and when we took it to Andrew, at one stop tech shop, we were very pleased. He replaced the screen at a better price than anyone else in town and bundled in a screen protector with install. He was very professional and got the job done in a very timely fashion. I could end my review here but it’s better. His customer service is above and beyond. . . Along with the work and parts we paid for, he also cleaned and charged the phone before we came o pick it up! Definitely worth the money. Make sure to hit him up before you go to Best Buy or geek squad. If I had I coulda saved myself about 200 dollars.

Great service but the place is a mess. Was not able to fix my pc but was straghtfoward about the repair. Had to call to keep up to date and only received 1 or 2 calls. Did not check graphics card on request.
