Be careful. I paid almost $90 and then, just after a couple of weeks, my daughter could not login anymore. I called so many times and no human responded. I got frustrated because days of calling them turned into weeks, and weeks into months and nothing. Same result with email. This company is a rip off, be careful, and I dont know what else to do to recover my money. Its been 5 months since I paid and no results. Be careful. Their website is very deceiving.

The absolute worst. They kept telling me my driving record was coming, although I kept getting emails saying my information wasnt matching (it was). I was able to obtain it through the DMV no problem, and iDriveSafely now refuses to refund the money I paid for my record, despite their error. Avoid them at all cost.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. They have no idea what they are doing and offer no support when you have issues.

Can I talk to a real person? And the voice recognition system the company uses sucks ITS MY VOICE was about to take the final test studies and everything.. and the voice recognistion test failed me and I had to restart. Now I just wana refund

Horriable! I have waited 2 months for my certificate to come in the mail. That’s because I payed 30 for 2 day delivery and they are trying to make me pay another 30 for shipping because they messed up. I would never recommend this place to anymore! Horriable customer service by employees and supervisor.

I would say their courses get the job done. Cleared my ticket.
