I just completed the commissioned officer course. Mr. Simmons was very knowledgeable, very patient, and very accommodating. He answered any and every question that was asked regarding the material we covered. I may go and pursue the Level 4 course. I will recommend Mr. Simmons any and every chance I get! If you are interested in security and needing to get licensed, Mr. Simmons and Loss Prevention Texas is your place! It was an absolute pleasure!

Mr. Simmons is very knowledgeable & has a great class. Hes patient & answers all questions. He takes his time making sure you understand the material. I learned a great deal in his class. It was fun & informative at the same time. Ms. Josie his office manager returns calls quickly. She is in constant communication about the classes. They work together as a great team. They take great precaution with the Covid. They ensure the class room is clean, & that all equipment is sanitized.

You cant say enough great things about this man. Thank you sir for giving back in all your experience!All 5 of us had a great time during training. Its important to know what to do and what not to do so go in there with the mind set of Im going to learn not so much ...thats what I was taught.. He stays up to date on information and policies. Youll get help if you run into problems along the way. There will be times where we stop and he asks if anyone has any questions. We all past our tests (3) and a very experienced knowledgeable man made a 100! NICE work. I accomplished a 100 also, in taking the shooting test, (the Glock barrels are not as well made as mine) which I knew I could do because of my shooting experience. I now have the conference in what I am and am not supposed to do after a short (40 hrs or so) one week course, plus the level 2 course he also gave me. Never rushed anything in training and I dont see how it could have been improved.The 1 star ratings should be ignored for a few reasons. One, theres always going to be that guy. Two, theres always going to be that guy. You dont tell a man how to run HIS business if HE didnt ask. Simmons is not a rude individual, not even in the slightest bit. In fact quite the opposite, and even fun and uplifting. He even lets you eat your food in the class as long as your not messy and clean up after yourself.I think there is a level 4 class he gives if you want to do personal body guard work. I believe its 6 hrs long.Nothing Ive heard Mr. Simmons say is wrong, questionable, or doubtable. They will be moving to a different building in a month or two as per the failed maintenance and attention to detail of the building owners so if there are any postponed training dates you know why.Thank you once again sir, you made getting to know you a very pleasurable experience I wont soon forget. I got Commissioned in October of last year Mr Simmons made the full day of class upbeat not boring at all. All the student took part of the class.The shooting part was exciting. Mr.Simmons offered us snacks and a breakfast taco. His the nicest Instructor and very knowledgeable.

Called for information on taking his Security Guard class and was abruptly cut off and told You need to hurry! Im in a class! by Simmons himself. Thats a good way to earn money and promote your business. Advice! Hire someone to answer your phones and deal with potential customers. Very rude and unprofessional. Wont do business here.I do not recall any cussing going on. But none-the-less. If youre so busy with customers that you have to rudely and abruptly end a phone call with a potential client the way you did, hire someone to answer your phone. I spent 22.5 years dealing with people talking too me the way you did and thatll never happen again.

Mr. Simmons is a great instructor. I took him for my Level 3 Security course and he was very interactive with us when it came to teaching. He used plenty of examples to help the class understand the laws. I highly recommend taking him for anything (i.e. LTC Level 2 Security course and anything else he is licensed to teach.)

Amazing instructor, he helps you understand even the most complicated things, and explains them in easy ways to understand. Very honest, and very helpful. I strongly reccomend taking his courses, you will learn so much for such a reasonable price!

He made a 40 hour commission course fun and exiting. Not only does he tells you what to do he tells you what not to do. Most important is that he has a flexible teaching schedule.
