Ted Osburn is the only BJJ black belt in all of Verde Valley, AZ. He is also an assistant wrestling coach at Mingus Union High School and he wrestled from elementary school through high school. If you want to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, self defense, or MMA training Ted is the only qualified teacher to go to.Hes a super nice guy, the students are very friendly, and he has an excellent kids MMA/BJJ program as well.I have known Ted for nine years, have taught at his school, and have been involved in BJJ for almost 20 years. Ted is as good as they come.

After many years of wanting to try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I finally made the move and joined Osburn BJJ. All I can say is that I wish I hadnt waited so long. Its a great group of guys/gals, and everyone there is very helpful. Its a great environment to learn in for beginners and experienced grapplers alike. My 9 year old son also joined with me and is having a great time as well. Im looking forward to training and learning from Ted for a very long time. Marc
