Come here to train. I’m a six year blue belt that’s traveled and trained at probably 30+ gyms all over the world. The level of instruction I experienced today from Chris was far beyond what 95% of gyms teach you. It’s the little things that make a big difference and coming here you’ll learn the true art. Highly recommend whether you are looking for a home gym to train or you’re like me and just dropped in as you’re passing through town.

The new facility is across the street at 1045 N. Main. Super clean and great instructors. Theyve added kickboxing, yoga and more open mats. Really great place to train.

Verde Valley Jiu-Jitsu is a great gym to train at. Stefan & Jessie are not only hardworking awesome people but also knowlageable coaches. It’s a great gym to train at if you live near Cottonwood & it’s also a great place to “drop in” & get a good roll in when your on vacation in the area. Chill atmosphere & very accepting vibe. Check it out for sure.

Ive trained in various Martial Arts at gyms and castles and dumps all over the world. Fifth Dimension Studios is far and away the best experience Ive ever had. Super cool environment. Awesome coaches. Clean. Fun. So many class times to choose from. Im proud to be a part of such an incredible thing.

I visited this gym while on vacation in Sedona and couldn’t be happier that I did. Great training with a great group of guys. They were all very welcoming and treated just as if I were a regular. If you’re visiting the Sedona-Redrock area, and have the time to train, I highly recommend this gym. If you live in the area, you should absolutely check them out!

There are some places in the verde valley who pay lip service to caring about kids and good coaching when it comes to MMA (mixed martial arts) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and then theres 5th Dimension. Whether youre a parent or a practitioner of MMA or BJJ and you want coaching that is carefully designed and well thought out, if you want instruction that maximizes your learning and you want a facility thats clean, dry and comfortable. Filled with a true family embracing atmosphere. Then you dont need to look any further for a gym to call home. Really great ownership, coaches, training partners. Everything youd ever hope for in a MMA & BJJ school!
