Flexible. Personal. Professional.Their are plenty of people who have achieved mastery, but cannot figure out how to teach it. Josh and the team at Apex continue to master this craft and teach it profientently. Most importantly everyone here has PASSION.I came in having zero connections and zero experience.If you are considering, I would highly recommend trying it. I hate to say to goodbye to a tremendous team who strive to reach their peak!

Good instruction, custom optimized to building out your individual game. you are learning jiujitsu that will best fit your own style and developing a strong game plan regardless of position. definitely reccommend to beginners or the experienced alike!

Josh is more than just a friendly and highly skilled black belt. He is an incredible instructor that knows how to TEACH, not just show the moves. He is a pillar of the online BJJ community and has done a great job creating a fantastic culture that is inclusive, safe, and welcoming to begginers and experts alike. So I recently started going here for Brazilian Jutjuisu, it has been really fun and a great workout. My instructor is knowledgable and gives me personalized feedback and advice. Im looking forward to continuing training.
