2 days in a row, no show. They change the bus stop all the time and fail to inform us. They say they call, but we never get any calls. We live at the end of a dead end street and they cant get the big bus down our block so they pick my son up on the corner, sometimes! Sometimes the short bus comes and picks him up in front of the house. Sometimes the block over.. We are left running up and down the street trying to figure out where the bus is. And as far as time, it doesnt come on any kind of regular schedule. The bus show up any time between 8 and 9, just be ready.

I Love It Because They Have Very Good Bus Drivers And They Have A lot Of School Buses

Is this a bus company? Is it 6 possums in a trench coat? I cant tell. I like the drivers, theyre always very nice. But the management is absolutely awful! Theyre constantly late, today, over an hour. They failed miserably at telling their driver where to go. She had no clue. Its January, weve been through this several times. Theyre consistently late. For a bus company thats serving special needs students, they need to do better.

I’m really tired of these bus drivers and the way they are driving while transporting children. Just was cut off again on Cicero while everyone was already merged and the bus not wanting to wait in like like everyone else who already merged and came zooming up and cutting in front of everyone. Bus driver yesterday down central in a 25 going probably close to 50 . There needs to be some extra training for these staff who are this much in a hurry I would rather my child’s bus be safe and late than watching the way these guys drive

Worst bus company ever my son got attacked by another student in a minivan on the way home.the driver and assistant both claim that they did Not notice what was going on!When I called them they had no clue of the situation!no managers or supervisor available? According to the young lady that answered upper management leave at 3 PM.This is not the first time that something like this occur and the bus.I will be pursuing this against the bus company !

They are the worst Bus company my child has ever had to take. Always low stafe never on time, weather is to bad, ect.. My daughter is always running late and she is in the ATP prgram. Someone needs to get some organization there..

Company serves students with disabilities.They are typically 30 minutes late or more for pick ups and drop offs.Drivers Are asked to run multiple routes.Avoid if possible

At least once a week my sons bus is 30-45 minutes late. Usually when I call they have no concern and keep telling me 5-10 minutes. Our pick up time is 7:56am here it is 8:33am and still no bus. People have to work, other kids, appointments, like this is not Okay! I hate to see how its going to be when snow hits the ground! Smh!

This company is a joke! Received multiple different pick up and drop off times, never receive a call back when Im told Ill be called back, drivers are either early or late! We have drop off and pick up times for a reason!!!!! My son is special needs and hes supposed to have someone help him on the bus at all times but yet when I got him when he was dropped off they forgot to give him his book bag! Luckily I saw it in time otherwise he would of been without his book bag! Get your stuff together alpha!!!!!

5 minutes away means 45??!!How do you leave 5 year old kids in inclimenent weather regularly?Horrible management

Bad experiences but i ran into a few good bus drivers.

Very poor service. They change the pick up and drop off time daily and catch an attitude when the parents are not informed by the own company but really the bus is running super late or super early.Then when you call them to see whats up and make sure you didnt miss the morning bus because of all the time switching they put you on hold for 8 mins.(the bus is supposed to wait for the child for 5 mins) and tell you the bus waited the 5mins. Ya ok funny bc i was there at that time that they said and nope, no bus! Oh and i loved when the bus was 15 minuteslate for pick up and i called to make sure i did bitmiss the bus, was on hold for 10 minutes and finally the bus comes down tge street honking her horn for three blocks!!!!!!! Because she was mad that i called. Ok go have ur lil b fit😂.
