This was the WORST experience EVER. Ive been getting color services done at salon schools for years. I will never visit this place again. The student left massive amounts of hair color on my face, neck and sweater. They were out of the color remover, so my skin is tinted brown from the dye. My shampoo was a joke. My blow dry was approximately 80% done but I didnt realize this until I walked into the 20 degree weather. I was charged $55 for a color, although upon returning home I noticed that there are patches of color MISSING from my hair! The website states that all color services are completed with a style --this is untrue. Please save yourself stress, spend the extra few dollars and visit a salon.To add insult to injury, they can only provide corrective services but no refund? How do you correct ridiculously poos service?
