This class is absolutely amazing, everyone encourages each other no matter how much dance experience you have. It brings out the confidence in yourself. Nicole is a great instructor, I highly recommend her classes to anyone.

OMG!!!! If youve ever wanted a great work out this is it. This class is so fun-filled with good vibe, good people and judgment free zone. It is absolutely so much fun I didnt feel like I was actually working out at all, but when the class was done we were all drenched. Nicole the instructor will stop the class to take the time to make sure everyone gets the movement so that we were all looking so fierce. Im telling you even if you think youre not the best dancer or even if you are this workout helps you work on your core, hips and thighs all through dance and movement. Absolutely love it!!!! A must try for all!!!!

This is the most inspiring, motivational, and confidence building class i have ever taken! This is not your ordinary dance class it is filled with the most amazing group of women i have ever met who uplift and empower eachother every single class!! The dances are easy to learn and makes you feel so sexy doing it. I recommend this class to every woman i know it is the best and the instructors are every bit of wonderful as well!!

I have always wanted to learn choreography, but i never knew where to go. I had no experience either so i tried it out and loved it and have soooo much fun because Nicole makes it fun and she encourages all of us that we can get it if we keep practicing. I totally recommend this class for everyone experienced or none at all like me.

This class is AWESOME!!! Its judgment free so theres no need to be nervous or shy!! The instructor is soooooo nice and makes u feel very comfortable! Not only will u sweat u will enjoy yourself. THIS IS A GREATAND SAFE PLACE THAT BUILDS UP WOMENS CONFIDENCE.THE INSTRUCTOR IS AWESOME AND HAS ALOT OF PATIENCE BREAKING DOWN THE ROUTINE AND MAKING U FELL EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE.THIS CLASS IS A MUST I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
