I was there today 07/07/2021, I was told they didnt have change for $100 as I was attempting to pay for my items. The cashier got the key to open the register and give me my change and she had the audacity to say next time my purchase as to be at least half of the purchase. I kindly told her its not my fault that its mid evening and you dont have change and I have seen this happen to other customers as well they need to get it together or they will lose customers 😡

I found every garden item I was looking for, from the garden hose and sprinkler to the garden tables and planters and much more. Thanks for being there for me. Being so close to my home was a plus.

I love Family Dollar, this is the one I go to most often. They usually have everything I am looking for. The people that work there always seem friendly.

I was extremely uncomfortable with the no mask requirement for employees and customers. I will not be returning any time soon.

Went to this location on 10/23/19. I went to checkout and once I got to register the woman told me she was closed. I spent more time going to the back of the line on the next till over. Once I had reached checkout at the second till I had a man that was ringing me out. The woman from the first till came over and interrupted my transaction to flirt and get male coworkers number. After I was finally rung out and walking towards exit. I saw the woman who said she was closed return to original till one and rung her friend out and immediately closed till again.Incident two- 10/24/2019 unfortunately this store is relatively close to where I live so I had to stop by again for milk. Another man that works there today was unloading boxes and was the near the registers. He saw me(made eye contact) at checkout and I had to wait over 5 minutes before he decided to pause what he was doing in order to ring me out. In addition he had rap music playing with profanity spoken every other word. Made myself and others in line feel really uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional playing music with so much profanity.This store Is terribly managed employees do not care to be polite nor attentive. I don’t know what happened with the staff but this store was not always like this. I Did not mind coming to this store before due to its great customer service. Now it’s so horrible that I decided to write a review to hopefully channel up to a person that can address this before they finish losing the local clientele.

The store is nice, clean and has many options. My only concern there seems to be one employee who is constantly unhappy and customer service skills need much work. Other wise nice place to shop.

Went in on 2/25 for two items. Two young ladies were working. I was blown away when I walked in and one of the female employees was swearing like a sailor. Mother fing another manager, calling other employees vulgarities and not attempting to be quiet about it. After a few minutes I left my stuff on a shelf and walked out. Been going there for three years because it is so close to my house. It has gone down a lot. I wont be back anymore .

Bad customer service, messy isles, and unprofessional workers. Long line wait times, unnecessary music from a worker’s phone, and overall not how the store used to be. All they seem to care about is organizing what seems to never get organized and talking bad about other co-workers. The manager smells like cigarette smoke, and store just feels unwelcoming.

Its a family dollar. They sell bottom shelf discount items of poor quality for a cheap price. Its great to buy some odds and ends, but I wouldnt recommend buying your clothing or bathroom decor from here. If you shop at a dollar store, then times are tough, and ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

My first and last visit today, March 7. There were two women ahead of me buying about 50 items. The clerk was engaged in a conversation with them and apparently had trouble talking and ringing up the items at the same time. She was more interested in talking with them than ringing up the items. I was waiting for a second cashier to appear, but it looked like there was only one person working there. I left as did the other man waiting in line. That was three hours ago. Id probably still be there if I hadnt walked out.
