Really down to earth people and great customer service. The line guys and front desk workers are always happy to help. Really a shame they aren’t allowed to dispense fuel anymore. It seems quite silly for the airport management to build their own self serve when there’s a perfectly good FBO on field.

Great people, always willing to work with you all the time. Everyone from front end workers to the ground teams to the CFIs have all been great! No issues Ive seen!

Im an out of town GA pilot who happened to be in Crystal for work. Thought Id stop in and check the local GA airport out. I was greeted by the staff at Thunderbird with skepticism like I was doing something wrong. My experience with GA airports is typically an opened minded welcoming crowd. Not at Thunderbird Aviation.
