I took Teakwondo for 15 years, and made it to a 2nd degree black belt. I was a little hesitant to sign my daughter up just because it was a different style of Karate. Daniel OBrian is a brilliant instructor, and teacher. He fights MMA with an outstanding record and still takes the time ask to see my daughters report cards. Do not say you accept 4 year olds if you cant handle them at that age. My son is in no way crazy for his age. He was very excited and you could tell only to be told he needs to come back when he is older.... dissapointed please change the age range so you dont put parents in a position to have to say they cant go back!

My little brother goes to this place! The sensei is just so awesome, and even let me in on a session once. Not my cup of tea, but I can tell a lot of care and love is put into the classes and the location.

We started training at triad little over a year agoIt’s a great encouraging environment to learn martial arts . Taught by the very best. It’s something my son and I can do together. I always played football throughout school and valued the lessons learned. But I believe at triad kids and adults learn and build on those same lessons of overcoming adversity and doing your best. Another great thing taught is respect for yourself and also your fellow man.Students are held to a high standard and it’s worth it

Stopped in here to train while out of town for work! They had a killer workout and training session and were also very informative with their technique (top notch)!
