The representatives at OfficeMax have made absolutely no effort to give me information on the shipment of my desk to my house. I paid approximately $700 and was told I would receive the desk in 1 - 3 days. Long story short, its been almost a month and the only way I got any information on the whereabouts of my desk was by calling them myself. Today I called only to learn that my desk was sent back to the warehouse a week ago, because the truck couldnt make it down my road. Weve had trucks come up our road before, but I wont get in to that. The only option I was given today during our call was to reorder the desk and have it sent to the store. At no point was I given this option when I originally purchased the desk. They are now in the process of mailing me a check to refund me for the desk. That wont arrive until a month from now. I dont believe Ill be visiting this franchise again.

Thanks to Luann for the tech help on my laptop and ordering my computer chair. Every time I have been in the store someone was always asking me if I needed help. Great customer service. Dont know the mans name but he has an accent he is always helpful too. Employees there always smile and are friendly. I have not had a bad experience since I have been shopping there.

Dropped off package to OfficeMax/Fedex site In Cullman for shipping. Employee gave me the wrong tracking numbers. Spent 2 days trying to locate package. Contacted Fedex and was told the numbers I had were not entered into the system. Called OfficeMax to help locate and got no help. Finally discovered the receipt employee gave me had the wrong numbers. Tried to call OfficeMax (3 times) to report the issue and no one answered the phone on 4/10/2021

I was very happy to see that ALL of the employees were wearing face masks to protect themselves and their customers. Thank you all for providing a safe place for us to shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I Plan on doing much more business here in the future.

The staff was super friendly. I was looking for a computer chair and found one that I like. They were out of stock at the store, as well as other stores in the area, and online. The lady who was originally helping me got pulled away, but that was ok because another employee stepped in and let me know that I could purchase the floor model, if I wanted to. The gentleman who stepped in was the one that checked me out. Ultimately, this store has amazingly friendly staff and I will go back to this store for my future office needs!

Poor customer service, i stayed on hold for 26 min to get a quote on a small print job. 80 pages in color, bound...simple. When i called back i stayed on hold for another 20 min while i listened to a guy walk around the store. I finally gave up and called UPS store. Office Max lost my business but they obviously dont care.

I was in line waiting for my turn to get serviced and when it was, I asked for them to print a label for me. I did not know that you had to email your label to the store so when Lauren (the employee) told me to email it, I did. It took a total of 20 seconds. When I look up after I sent it, Lauren decided it would be a good idea to move on to another customer. So, I interrupted after a few minutes and told her that I had printed it. I waited and waited as she worked with the other customer. Finally, another employee who I did not get the name of gave me the label. IT HAD ALREADY BEEN PRINTED. So, not only did Lauren move on to another customer, she literally printed out the label and couldn’t take away 5 seconds it took to pick up a piece of paper and hand it to me so I could check out. What should have been maybe a 5 minute service (waiting time included), turned into a 20 minute service. I am very upset with the service I received because I myself work in customer service and know how a customer should be treated. Very disappointed, will not come back. I will purposely drive to the other end of town if needed to avoid service like Lauren gave me.

The Office Max Rewards program is an absolute joke! You buy something, 4 months later you get a reward. Then you got 2 months to use your reward or you lose them!!!! Have you ever heard of something this silly???? I think I will find some place with a realistic reward program.

Great place for office supplies and furniture. Also has services like printing business cards, flyers, banners & posters, yard signs, spiral bound books. Other services like scanning/copying/faxing, laminating and even technical services like computer and cell phone repair/upgrade.

I want to office max in cullman to look at their Laptop today the prices is Anywhere from 199-400 the very Big ones is 600-800 with hand mice This is the Laptop Computers they Great Laptop computers and the man that helping me was nice friendly helpful and he knew his Laptops computers
