Revolution is an incredible gym with amazing instructors , friendly environment and a clean facility!The school offers classes for beginners ,intermediate/ advanced, competitors and families.Sensei Jeff also has one of the best kids program. He teaches them discipline , developing focus, confidence, work ethic , self defense while having fun!!!!!

I really enjoy the training here! The people are welcoming and tough. A good balance to make this your home academy. No one is out to crush you unless youre asking for it LOL.The environment is very positive and supportive. The instruction is detailed and not overly complex. Really good place!

I highly recommend this Dojo, Jiu-jitsu is a wonderful marcial arts discipline. Sensei Jeff, the owner and instructor of this place is amazing! His professionalism and passion for the sport is transmitted to his students. In my humble opinion, this Dojo is helping to create a better youth in our world. Thus, only join if you really mean to be better.

Great teachers and great members. Have Relatively small groups per session so you get lots of one to one training from Sensei. They are super friendly, patient and accommodating. Sensei Jeff teaches not only Jiu-Jitsu technique but also philosophy/Bushido. I would highly recommend all levels.

The environment here really walks the tight rope of being fun and safe and yet develops toughness, both physical and mental that is necessary to truly learn how to defend oneself. All of that is made possible by Sensei Jeff. Like a Kurosawa film come to life he gives you a great example of tirelessly questing after improvement, which makes it so much harder to let yourself off the hook. You will definitely learn how to defend yourself and handle the stress that comes from physical adversity but you will surprise yourself with how much you will learn about dedication and perseverance.

A welcoming and family oriented dojo! There is a place for the brand new white belt and the serious competitor. I don’t have kids, but when I do I will sign them up for kids classes for Sensei Jeff instills great values and morals when teaching.

This is a great place to learn jiujitsu and challenge yourself. For you, for your kids, or anyone really. The family environment is something you notice right away. Great place to train! The students and the energy are welcoming and are all about helping you improve.A longtime friend recommended Revolution for my child, and after a month of watching my child train, I decided to give it a shot, even at my ripe age. Welcoming, clean, great for the family, great exercise, great for all levels. No egos! The first time I walked through the door I knew this was the right place to train!

My son has been training at this special place for over two years, and my wife and I have seen tremendous growth in him... Both (a) in ways we anticipated and are encouraged to see (e.g., improved technique, movement, conditioning, strength, speed, proprioception, agility, self-defense, confidence) and (b) in ways we love and welcome--though didnt intend :) (e.g., his ability to remain calm and mindful under duress or when things dont go his way, being humble and thoughtful of partners and attentive and focused with coaches/teachers, pushing through and showing grit when in tough spots and facing setbacks, experiencing firsthand the value (and real cumulative effect) of incremental progress and a commitment to continuous improvement--one drill, one match, one roll, one class, one competition at a time). We are grateful that these areas of growth have translated off the mats, as well. We are thankful to have joined over two years ago and look forward to continued growth ahead! So grateful for the excellent coaches and role models here, Revolutions supportive athletes, special family connections weve made, and the consistent, impactful experience where our son continues to develop and become and improve his jiu jitsu practice and himself. Revolution is an amazing place to learn/practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Both my son and myself have been training here for about a year. The kids classes are just the right amount of discipline, hard work, and fun.As a woman, the adult classes have been very welcoming and friendly. There is no macho energy here. Everyone is treated the same - as a valued family member who loves to learn and train BJJ.

Sensei Jeff is a great instructor and overall person. I had a fun time dropping in for the Thursday morning class. I definitely will come back.

I had a chance to train with Jeff, John and the crew at Revolution during a recent trip to California. The people were fantastic, the instruction was spot on and the facilities were well kept.Adults were treated with respect and the kids class that I watched was full of fun but not at the expense of instruction. Really top notch program.

This is a great academy. All levels thrive here, From kids to serious competitors. There is always an upper belt on the mat willing to take the time to show details and plenty of bodies to roll with. Also this is some of the best instruction you will find in LA. Sensei Jeff reallybunderstands how to break down movements and technique so that anyone can understand and implement it in real life situations.

The best place to learn jui jitsu/self-defense. Great location, great people, and most importantly, great instructors.
