Had what I needed went in and out the only thing I didnt like is I had to bag my stuff because I had my own bags. Im tier of buying bags when I have reusable bags since this COVID-19 no one wants to bag unless you buy bags. Bags need to be free since thats the case or put your gloves on and bag your customer items I have to clean the your basket before I use it use my bags.

Usually very well stocked and has great decor selection during the change of seasons. Only problem is that it has sketchy people outside, so be aware of your surroundings.

This Dollar Tree usually have what I’m looking for. Today was no exception. I was pleased with the selection of products. No long lines either. Was in and out in no time.

Dollar Tree you guys need to do better on training your staff!! Sales associate Shonta has the nastiest attitude all of the time. This is my friends neighborhood Dollar Tree and we visited, she did not greet us and walked away without completing the transaction, I had to get my own receipt. Its a shame how workers are allowed to treat paying customers. I refuse to go to this Dollar Tree if the customer will be treated badly. I hope you guys fix this situation.

Very affordable. I bought a bag of rice califlour which is better that rice for only $1 where at sprouts its higher.

One cashier 10 people in line and the line kept growing. Someone at the end of the line asked if they can open another cashier and the lady responded Im the only cashier here. Someone else in line asked for another cashier to open and she said again Im the only cashier. An elderly man asked for the manager and the lady phoned someone else to open a cashier.

The lines today at this store is beyond ridiculous. The management team here has a bad attitude and poor customer service. In addition, social distancing is not being enforced at all. I think it’s important that I leave this review, so corporate will know that additional training is desperately needed.

A typical dollar tree store with subpart customer service. This particular location is rather small compared to some other Dollar tree stores in the area. They have a little bit of everything but not most of what you expect from the Dollar tree store. The customer service is below expectations always. Lines are usually long, customer service representatives are usually rude or antisocial. Not much too say just a typical dollar tree store.

Customer service the sup/manager Mario was awsome I was having trouble with my card and a line grew and the way he handled it was amazing especially when we are dealing with this virus. Everyone was 6ft and a mask on. ThanksGreat job on closing up the store!!!😷😁

Social distancing is not practiced at this location, nor is it enforced by any means but the employees. The place was very overcrowded and there are quite a few homeless hanging around, and in the store...Some not wearing masks, and others not practicing socal distancing. Needless to say, I will be getting my Dollar Tree deals from a different location, or the Big Lots right next door.

All the employees are nice and helpful.*Tip: Make sure you use the restroom somewhere else before coming here, you might get stuck w/o being able to utilize the restroom due to the restroom key being lost or left inside and locked in the restroom by a customer, and they don’t seem to have a spare key.

Great place to get hair accessories like barrettes, hair bands and other things for my girls and they have a great selection of birthday cards. From time to time you can find great deals on brand name stuff like some Frozen crayons I picked up for a dollar.

Average Dollar store nothing special. I went for chalk markers like I saw at a dollar store near Beverly hills. They didnt have any I should have got them from the other place when I was there 😢

Staff was nice the store was nice and stocked, but they have some strange people in that store.The day i was there a man was following my daughter so i had to keep a eye on him and he was just walking around the hole store doing nothing. Finally he got in line to buy one thing.A little crazy🤔

They have so much stuff that can actually pass for much more expensive. The store is much cleaner than most. The people are nicer than most. The items vary and are actually things that are useful. Loved it!

The store is always clean and you can always find most of the stuff you need they restock their shelves regularly so its rare when they ran out of stuff and also their staff is friendly.

This store is a mess. Way too many people, not sanitizer carts. I will not be going back anytime soon & I usually love dollar tree stores.

Good location, there are no big lines and the prices are pretty much what you expect them to be.

I hate it but love it! I love it because I always find what I want. I hate it because I always come back home with more than what I need. I know Ill need it someday. Is just that with a few dollars you come out with your moneys worth.

Heads up that they actually close an hour earlier than what was listed on here. M-Sa closes at 9p and not 10p!

I hope I have the right location. They are located down the street from jefferson mall. This is the Cleanest dollar tree I have ever shopped in. The carpet in some of the other locations is disgusting. The customer service in this location is awesome

Strange..some of the customers can harass you for no reason.I think some could be mentally ill so you have to expect this sometimes here. Some leave their carts at the counter and run to get other things expecting you to hold their place in line. Management needs to get a policy there for this. Other than that it has a lot of stuff that you need and the price of course is always right. Its a go to shop for household utensils. Sometimes the lines are really long and sometimes it seems like they need a little more help there. But Ive been shopping there for over 10 years now its just the way it is. But its better than most that I have been to in Los Angeles.

The place is clean and organized

The line was wrapped around the store, one cashier ringing dozens of people up while workers mill about, having conversations. My mother asked if they could open another line. The manager gets on the overhead intercom and yells out Imma need yall to be patient! The front of the store looks like a garbage dump. Clearly no one has dumped the two trash cans in months. Trash is all over the ground, its a mess. Will never shop there again.

I like this place for certain things- certain cleaning products- went to buy some throw away things for cleaning my bathroom like mop, gloves. Well the mop only made it through the first half wall - the fingers on the gloves were stuck together tore them trying to get them onI much prefer the .99 cent store- their dollar products seem to have longer longevity and many of .99 products might be close out itemsI bought Aussie licorice at .99 for 1 dollar. Produce and fruit selections. Everytime I come to the Culver City location there are undesirables hanging out the store doesnt seem to care. Not saying I wouldnt shop here but would be for convenience- if I am in the neighborhood.

Not a huge store so selection isnt perfect but they do good for their space and awesome stuff for a dollar!

In the web side says that they close at 10:00pm and its not true they close at 9:00pm they need to update there store hours on the web side.

Its a reasonably clean and organized location with sufficient parking.

It Smell bad in there and the cashier was polite but complain of het back was killing her! And Few customer decide to take two parking spots instead of one. If you have shop there your car not that expensive. Wont go back!

Rude, Nasty Manager came and was very aggressive twords me and my PTSD Service Dog while I was in a ridiculously lomg line trying pay and leave....She accosted me and my dog to the point where we were both too upset to wait and pay....As a Marine I let her live.We didnt have to.Careful who you approach and how...I broke 3 Windows in my home due to her nastiness...I should have killed her before I left.Fk you
