Patty is an incredible instructor to be able to take 2 people with no experience and 2 left feet and teach them an entire wedding routine and additional ballroom dancing in 2 months. The pricing was very affordable for the quality of the studio and the friendship we’ve made with patty during our lessons. I would highly recommend to anybody with an upcoming event or just something fun to do for a date night!

This review is in response to Ms Parkers write up. Now Ms Parker is not a dance student and obviously she has not been inside the dance studio. . Patricia Goldens facility is beautiful. She has a large ballroom studio and plenty of room for parking. Ms. Golden is a Professional Ballroom dancer and teacher. Her fee for classes is more than fair. Ms Golden offers classes in all styles and all levels. In addition Ms Golden has Dance Parties, where students can try out their new steps! Please drop in and see the studio. You will be pleasantly surprised. I would also suggest Ms. Parker take a look inside and take a dance lesson. Im sure she would be hooked! I would HIGHLY recommend Industrial Ballroom.

Patty Golden is the owner of, and instructor at Industrial Ballroom. She is a professional ballroom instructor and can quickly get you up and moving on the dance floor. Her techniques focus on all of the dance basics including posture, frame and movements. If youve EVER wanted to learn to dance this is the place. Youll have fun, work hard, learn a ton, break a sweat or two and in no time youll be surprising and impressing your friends. 5 STARS for Industrial Ballroom! Id give it a perfect 10 if I could!!

I currently participate in dance classes and take lessons at the Industrial Ballroom. I find that Patti’s professional dance experience puts her in a good position to teach not only the basics of ballroom dancing, but the intricacies also. She is a conscientious instructor who works to meet the needs of her students. Because of my lessons with her, I am now ballroom dancing and gaining in confidence and abilities.

We went to patty for a wedding routine and to learn some dancing for our reception and she did great! We had a lovely routine and learned many other dance steps:)

Took 20 lessons with patty and learned rum balls, cha cha and swing along with a routine for our wedding. Had so much fun and everyone was impressed!!

This place is a Dance Studio 1happen to live by in the rear side of this building with the ower. Living above the studio of Ms..Patty being the Owner of home and the dance studio. As you see in this picture she shows the front only of this property. Look and take Notice of the house next door .It caught fire and spreaded to her home up stairs causing the home of Pattys. Mayger damages to the Dance Studio as well.. For its not in a good location at all !! And I see Only 5 maybe 6 cars. In the lot on her dance class nights that she teaches. Example Ball Room dancing. What I am getting at is this property is not at all quote .Worth the asking price in any way its been on fire and half of the inside of upstairs where a girl and her husband lost Everything they owned.That was being. Rented out to them by owner Ms.Patty and down stairs was A small section she rented to a elderly gentleman. Owe also lost everything in the fire. And when her illleagel tenets that was residing at this home..After loosing everything was Told by owner Patty that she was sorry she didnt have any Home Owerners Insurance .To help them with all they lost in this Sapises fire
