I purchased a newer bike ona Saturday there. Was great at first until delivery time came. Was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. Salesman texted me and delivery driver reported off. So they say it will be delivered on Saturday. Nobody contacts me and let’s me know what’s going on Saturday. So I texted salesman and asked. No response at first. So I call and nobody knows anything about my bike being delivered in service. So my salesman finally gets a hold me. I say I’m not taking it. I’ll be up to sign whatever I need to sign. He talks to service and calls me back. Bike being delivered as we speak. It showed up an hour and a half later. Not bad after they ruined my Saturday. Just want everyone to know about my experience and can’t wait till Harley contacts me about my experience

We had such a great experience with this dealership. Brian and both Mikes were extremely helpful and EXTREMELY patient with me. I was very indecisive the first time I was there but after some thinking, I decided to come back all the way from Pennsylvania. Jojo and the other sales lady were also helpful with my visit there! The atmosphere is very welcoming, you feel as if you knew everyone your entire life! I highly recommend this Harley dealership!

Should have learned my lesson the first time after a bad initial experience negotiating. I left a negative review. They apologized and wanted to make it right. I deleted the review and gave them another chance. My mistake. I ended up buying the bike. I ordered some accessories. Big mistake. Most of them needed to be ordered. I tried calling up to cancel the order about 10 days later (I let them pressure me into buying a Roadking that just feels too big so I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it) and was told most of the accessories have already arrived and are not returnable even though all it says on the sales receipt is that there’s a 20% restocking fee. One of the accessories I was told would take 6-8 weeks to arrive but it apparently arrived in record time. I tried canceling one accessory that hasn’t arrived and was told since I paid by credit card I would have to come in to cancel that accessory. They told me all they could do over the phone was do a gift card. Other dealerships have been able to do a credit card refund over the phone. They can’t. Now by the time I’m able to get there to cancel the order for that accessory it will probably already be there and they’ll tell me I can’t cancel that either. I live about 45-60 minutes away and work 60-70hrs a week so it will be a few days to find time to get to the dealership. Lesson learned. Avoid them. Shouldn’t have given them a second chance. I thought that I would just have to eat the 20% restocking fee. Receipt doesn’t say items are not returnable. The receipt just says there’s a 20% restocking fee but now they tell me I can’t return them. Too much trouble & difficulty with them. Not real customer oriented unless you make a complaint first. Avoid!! They’re just looking to take your money.

Its a Harley dealership. They have some good stuff a lot of used bikes. Never had anything serviced here yet. What heard both good and bad. Do have a good selection of things- they had a couple parts that other dealerships didnt have or would take a while to order.Glad they do a lot for the community.

Overpriced! This place is not for the working man, maybe doctors or lawyers. Went in to get a poker chip i have been collecting from shops all over. They wanted 5$ for one chip that I was buying at other HDs for 2$. I ride but dont buy into the HD fad BS! Overpriced! Most these posers never even kicked a shovel or timed a magneto.

Try to order parts it’s a total joke they never answer the phone it’s terrible I will take the drive to Cleveland I am done waiting on the phone for this place they won’t even call you back

Great guys and gals at Rubber City Harley-Davidson. My sons and I were on a poker run when my sons bike developed a problem. We stopped in and they guys in service stopped and helped us out. We were able to have it fixed and continue on the ride. Truly thank you.

Little over a year ago I bought my first Harley and this was the place I bought it from. Ever since I been bringing it in for scheduled maintenance. The experience is excellent. Service people take care of my bike and it’s never a problem. They go beyond to get me in and out. If I have any questions 9 times out of 10 they have an answer and if they don’t, they know which direction to point me to. Sales people were honest. It’s a good place, I go out of my way to bring my bike to them, because I trust them, and it haven’t failed yet. You guys in NE Ohio go check them out. I definitely would recommend them to my friends. Hopefully this was helpful.

Super busy and most people were not wearing masks even though the sign said they were required. Good selection of clothes l, but they do not have any mens size medium. Loved the womens clothing.

Bought a 2020 softail slim about 5 weeks ago.Called 3 times to schedule my 1k oil change before someone called me back.2 weeks later bike started to make a rubbing sound on the back left side. Called and they scheduled me for 1 on Saturday. Took it up Friday evening cuz I couldnt do it Saturday. Called Saturday afternoon to check on the status of my bike. Never got a call back. Since they were closed Sunday and Monday I had to wait until Tuesday. Called them Tuesday around 145 and they were getting ready to look at it. 45 minutes later they called back and said it was done. Took off work early to go get only to ride it 50 miles and have it doing the same thing. So it went back on Friday morning and here it is Saturday afternoon and they cant call and tell me whats going on. I have a feeling its going to be there 4 days like the last time. I will tell everyone and anyone not to go there and buy a thing. They made buying my 1st bike a horrible experience. Thanks Rubber city u suck!

Great service and friendly staffing. These guys went out their way after I purchase the vehicle and had further questions. The manager even answered the phone before business opened. He seemed to be a little upset at first but after we spoke for a little bit I understood his point of view and I feel he understood mine. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a great bike. Be sure to get the one you want and theyll be sure to help you get it. Ill add a little more I see how the maintenance works. But so far they have the highest rating Ive ever given a company I done business with Im 99% satisfied with everything Ive received so far. 😁🍾🥂its the second day after my routine maintenance checkup and the bike feels and rides wonderful so so far Im very satisfied with the service also.

I wouldn’t recommend this place after my visit 10-16-20 evening. I was greeted very nicely at the door by the greeter. Then was set up with sales associate Brian, he was nice showing me around and listening to what I’m looking for in my next bike. I came mostly to hear what an offer would be on my own Harley seems the buying event was today 10-17-20 but I wouldn’t be available that day. He said as I thought the offer would be crazy low just over 3k for a 100th anniversary lowrider with extras and low mileage. This was expected but he was trying to find me a bike maybe in warehouse when he was called to sales desk. I was left sitting for 15 min without any idea what was going on. Mind you there were no other customers in at this time only workers everywhere. Seemed like my sales rep and the maybe manager or whatever the guy was in the back we’re having a bit of a problem or intense conversation so I got up and walked out without even being asked to stop or acknowledged. I expected more. Apparently they should be commission seems I was told whether I bought or not he wasn’t going to be eating ramen because they are salary based sales. Lol.. maybe customers would be treated more important if their money depended on it. 😉

Do not recommend. Very poor customer service. Parts never answers the phone. Never call you back. And if you go in to order they don’t call you when your parts come in. Do yourself a favor and order from a dealer who cares.

Found riding glasses, just what I needed.

My husband had saved up $26k that he was willing to spend on a Street Glide Special and will definitely not be doing business here. Prices are higher than any dealer in the surrounding states, but further more, the people we have dealt with in sales here were nothing like the people we have met over the years of owning Harleys. They were fake, rude, and condescending. We have spent plenty on gear and parts here, but will happily take our business elsewhere from here forward.

Ive never owned or even ridden a motorcycle, though Ive done business with this dealership for years. I can honestly say Im closer to being converted than Ive ever been. With all their rides and events it just looks like fun. The dealership is nice, its clean, its big, and the staff is as friendly as anywhere Ive ever visited. Id highly recommend anyone looking to get into riding, for parts, accessories, clothes, or anything else bike related to pay them a visit.

Stopped in to get two gaskets that I already had part numbers for, I was told by the parts person that they were finishing up with a customer in service which I was good with. After 22 minutes Im sitting here not being acknowledged once and watching two other parts personel come to the front to help with the first customer, see Im sitting here, then the other parts person then walk straight back into the back andEand disappear asias quickly aseas the arrived. Enough. Stopped using them for parts a year ago and remember exactly why..

I’ve purchased a bike, gear, accessories, and had service work done there. They do a nice job and I’d recommend Cooper if you’re looking to buy a bike. Their service department is busy but my bike has always been done right when I get it back. Worth the time and they have an excellent selection and nice folks in every department there.

Love coming here I always will but every time I come here there could be 10 Harley employees standing around doing nothing but yet no one ever asked me if I needed help

I took the Harley Riding Academy class June 8-10 (2018) at Rubber City Harley and I have to say I was blown away with the school. The Coaches J.D. and Jim are two of the best instructors/teachers/Coaches I have ever had. Believe me I have had my share between my military career and college at Notre Dame. They bring years of riding experience into the classroom and apply it to many of the exercises and situations. Both J.D. and Jim are friendly, very approachable and easy to learn from.The dealership: Part of the academy was a tour of every department of the dealership. WOW talk about a well-oiled machine (pun intended). From the parts department, to sales, to service and storage. I can’t believe how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. You all should be proud to have this crew there, it’s what makes Harley seem like family. If and when I ever purchase a Harley Davidson it will be from Rubber City hands down.

Its no different than any other Harley Davidson dealership. Great selection of bikes and accessories. They have a very helpful staff in parts and the salesperson I dealt with (Lacey), not only helped to educate me on a few things, but when I had an issue she and management went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Yeah its a dealership so expect to pay more, but didnt you already know that? Duh!

Not good service and higher prices then any other harley davidson dealership

Granted, I showed up less then an hour before closing, but I was in there to find a quick gift for my dad. I was in there for less than ten minutes. Besides the heavily inflated Harley tax prices and the ok customer service, the attitude of the workers seemed dismal. Almost as if there was tension in the air, I just didnt feel welcomed. Im not saying Im entitled to confetti and fireworks when I enter a store (though that would be epic), entering a store and feeling like youre interrupting something important going on is just odd feeling.

Very clean and people are nice. Willing to work with ya.

Very Pushy for sales here. Once you step foot in the building they are calling you back the next day pushing sales on you , the bikes are over priced and when you make a decent offer they get offended & wont deal with you over the phone and demand for you to come in person. This dealership is a Joke and so are the salesmen.

Its ok. Unfortunately, there is quick turn over in sales in regards to the staff. That causes me to trust them a little less. Every time Im in, Ive got someone using the same speech to try to get be to look at a bike, and I could have just bought my bike and Im only back buying gloves. Their sales team should take cues from Stinger Harleys sales forces laid back friendly approach.The service department department is great, as is parts and motorclothes.

Always great selection of apparell to choose from.alot of on site gifts. And ultimately I think a great selection of motorcycles to pick from. ..events are fun too

Went to buy a bike here for 11k and the finance guy slipped an extra 8k on my loan without even telling me for a bunch of extra things I didnt even want. NEVER buy a bike from here there are plenty of other dealerships and Im not the only person I know that they have tried this on

Offered me less than book on a low mileage like new bike and full MSRP on a new left over model- sales manager said they are motivated to move 2017 models. Be aware of the used bikes, look them over closely and request to see the title history. My business is going to North Canton.

Very nice place. The workers are really nice and helful. They have lots of Harley Davidson bikes and t-shirts to choose from. If you cant find what you are looking for then you are out of luck. Very clean and very comfortable atmosphere.

I told the PM what I needed , the part (granted the bike is 13 years / or an 05) would have to be ordered and will take a week . Another dealer has 2 of the part I need. I work in Solon thought since I am on Rt 8 just a quick stop in , nope. To the other non affiliated dealer. Not the first time the Rubber City, Adventure, Rock and Roll conglomerate let me down! Oh by the way their techs are not as good as they lead on!

If I could give a 0 star I would me and my wife went into for some info on me getting my first bike well I had to reexplain why I was ever there to 5 or 6 different people and they were only worried about getting the sale they told me I had one model option to choose from so I picked my bike then went in the next weekend and was told the original deal I would now have to pay more of a down payment to get the bike I originally pick so I ended up picking a different one due to only having so much for a down payment but the entire time I felt like I was being pressured into buying the bike or no one at this dealership wanted to talk to me and made me feel like I was wasting there time just dont think this is how a dealership should work but either way I wont ever do any business with this location anymore

I enjoyed the sales experience, Keith and Gary go out of their way to please customers - BUT after dealing with a clutch recall and a bad shock and the service dept. having my bike for 23 days combined for those 2 issues, I was frustrated and upset. Keith again​ tried to make things better, but the GM needs to take some responsibility and accountability for the disorganized and under staffed service dept. This person never even approached me to find out why I was so upset and angry. This type of attitude is inexcusable, it is hard to work under and has profound effect on how this dealership is perceived.

Great friendly place, took my beginners riding safety course here, you should sign up, nothing more getting than riding on a motorcycle, but safety should always be first the riding course instructors are the best, they make sure everyone is comfortable and safe while riding.

Visited the parts department. Have to say the staff were awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Kept me from buying a windshield that wouldnt fit if I had a 3 pocket windshield organizer. Saved me some money also.

Nice shop and very nice people. They even brought the senior mechanic to explain specifications about the motorcycle Im interested in.

Good dealership. Its ashame I only found them because another harley dealer gave me a terrible experience. I feel like Harley as a whole has alot of problems with bad dealerships. This however is not one of them. Being frugally honest harley has lost my business as a whole but rubber got my business. Ill be buying a Indian next tho!!!!!
