Staples is a really great office supply store. Between computers, printers, every kind of paper products you can imagine, some computer parts (like RAM) and a great print center that also does laminating, this is truly one stop shopping.

Please tell your employee who stands in the printing services behind the desk to be more kind to customers who need help. She has brown hair and glasses, never helps when I come to the counter, but speaks to me behind the computer.. very strange. What kind of place is this?

Had a really nice experience while trying to find a new office chair. They had discontinued the one I was planning to buy, but a very nice employee helped me find a suitable replacement. He was very knowledgeable and asked questions about how I was going to use it and for how long a period of time I would be sitting in it. I never even thought of such things, but certain chairs are better than others for certain lengths of time. Very pleased!

BEWARE Manager Jason is extremely rude. Had a few questions regarding my printer and Jason told me to go to Best buy because he did not have time for me. When I explained to him that Staples always helped me out with my printer problems he couldn’t care less. Staples will no longer have my business. Also the young short girl just standing doing nothing at the register was digging into her nose. The store is terrible from the service to the restrooms!

The older gentlemen who works here needs a hug. He’s super grumpy.

Easy shopping, was quickly helped find the kind of printer I needed. And was given good advice as to which specific printer was best for me. Then a $10 discount on the cartridge because it was out of stock.Good customer service, good selection of printers and a decent price.

Horrible customer service. I do not recommend going to this place on your lunch break. The staff doesn’t even greet the customers or even let you know when someone will be available to help you, however they are really good with keeping the shopping carts out of the parking lot. I had a 15 minute wait time. I waited patiently for her to only help the customer behind me.

I ordered a banner to be printed and picked up at the Howe Ave., Akron OH location. Their printer went down but they worked hard to make sure I was able to pick it up at another location. When. I got to that lo ation they already had it finished! Great teamwork and customer service!

Staples always cancels orders if you get a good deal with coupons.

They didnt have what I needed on hand, but they were very friendly, and if I ever need supplies ill come back here for sure

Workers were friendly. I spoke to the manager about future business & was asked by 3 different employees while I browsed if I needed any assistance. Seemingly a great alternative to other office supply companies that will not be named.

I bought a fitness tracker at target online, pickup in store. It was supposed to take a few days and they would call me when it arrived. A few days later I go to the store to see whats going on with my fitness tracker (it was a birthday gift for someone and I couldnt wait any longer). They told me they didnt have it in stock so they just cancelled the order. They never told me this!

Horrible customer service!!!!!! Could only tell me how to do something not help so when needed helping printing a document! Took phone call in middle of helping me!!! I asked if I could have a receipt for the self print of some sort and said Oh, we dont do that I will be going somewhere else for printing needs!

Absolutely horrible. This is the 3rd bad experience in a row at the Cuyahoga Falls Staples on Howe Rd, and the last. As an area business man that spends thousands of dollars at Staples, I’m shocked that the MANAGER of that store could be so rude and condescending. I will never buy Staples again, and will make sure that all of my fellow business owners know about my experience. I hope the $15 was worth it to lose that sale along with a loyal customer for over 20 years. I would never have someone like that manager running my business. Avoid this overpriced, rude store if possible.

I had a great experience this afternoon, I had trouble printing some documents from my phone and the print associate figured out the issue. Problem solved.

Awful service at the Copy and Print Center.I will never go back or recommend, in fact I will discourage, anyone I talk to not to visit their store.Their employees (Brad) are a representation of this store and they are either lazy or incompetent, either way, they don’t deserve my business.So, I called the copy and print center and spoke to a gentleman named Brad. I called around 7:05 pm and asked about pricing to print a funeral card that included printing double sided, color, on card stock 67lb paper, one (hotdog style/11.5”) fold, and one cut. He told me it would be about $1.50-$2/ page.I replied that I would “print them myself and probably have them fold and cut the project” he said ok and the pleasantries that come with ending a call with a business.I arrived at the Cuyahoga Falls location around 8:26pm to find Brad texting/on his cell phone and his associate filling out the inventory report/print and waste sheet.(FYI I used to work in the Copy and print center in Athens, Oh and we wouldn’t be caught dead with our phones out.)Anyway, I approach the desk and couldn’t remember the name of the person I spoke to before but it was Brad, the associate informed so (and in a rude way I might add), again who “helped” me.I had the project printed already (like mentioned on the phone call) and he told me that he could have it ready in the morning “By 8am, maybe 8:15” but that they “would start it tonight.” When I mentioned that I needed it tonight he proceeded to tell me everything was done “by hand and that it wasn’t that we just stick it in a machine and it cuts and folds them.” That’s when I told him used to work in the Copy and print center and that it actually just was two machines. One to fold them and one to cut them. He said that they only do “4-5 at a time” and that he still couldn’t get them done in 30 min bc they “closed in 20, or so, minutes and half the machines we need are already shut down and need time to warm up.”I looked at him in utter bewilderment.He could have it done as soon as they open in the morning maybe by 8:15 (15 min after opening) but that he could t have them done before they closed in 30 min? I loved my objections and pleaded for them to be done tonight but still, Brad couldn’t “help” me.I went home and did them myself (for free) in 30 min and I don’t have any machines to do them in bulk. (I used scissors and a stopping block to make straight folds).If this is how all encounters with your store go then I am ashamed to be associated with such poor work ethic.

This is my second below average experience at this store. I cam in to have a few prints taken. The gal in the copier station said she wouldnt be able to print anything the same day as she had a mega job to run and the store was closing in 20 mins. They had two PCs and at least 4 printers connected. In addition they had two more connected to PC stations. In the end I had to login to one of the PCS and print the job myself which ended up costing me thrice as much. I will avoid this store in the future and drive across the road to Office Depot. No wonder Staples is struggling with stores like this...

I came to this store and bought some paper towers, I wanted to purchase in separated transactions, but they refused to do so, the manager name A.J even came forward and accused me of using fraud coupons, eventhough I didnt use any coupons at staples to buy paper towers, he was very nasty, and even threatened me to check on my reward. If you ever go to that Staples store in Cuyahoga Falls, avoid A.J at all cost

Printers charged me for prints, but never printed anything. Customer service is non existent, was told multiple times I could be helped in a minute, left after waiting 30 minutes. Employees were just standing around. Will not be returning.

Horrible customer service the morning of 9/5/2018 miserable lady working behind photo counter.... wow...maybe you should get a job working with NO people involved.....

Came in at 8.10am to send 2 documents via fax internationally, despite being the only person in the store, none of the 3 employees had the minimum amount of knowledge to help me, they didnt even know how to send fax overseas which i had to google myself and at the end the final charge for self - service was 9.96 for two pages which absolute rip off

Order online, they have very little in the store. When they dont have what youre looking for they tell you to order online anyway. Save the trip. I feel sorry for all the commercial real estate investors when all these brick and mortar stores go out of business!
