This store is convenient and reasonably well-maintained. The customer service is adequate and the product selection is acceptable. Obviously the prices are reasonable.

I had a great experience I do like the upgrade of the store I was able to buy the things I needed in the prices are reasonable I’ll definitely come back

For the most part I really like this store, sometimes the stock isnt there on some things and they have some really great buys on holidays items. They used to have discounts on cigarettes as well but those stopped for some reason. Still like shopping there even with the shorter hours cause of the covid-19, cant wait till things go back to normal.

Refused to let me exchange the lids for 2 bins I purchased the day before without my receipt. Said that I needed the receipt. Take a look at the screen capture from the family Dollar website... Ive been on hold with customer service for 45 mins! My first shipping experience at an Family Dollar; my last experience.

I like this Family $ the best. The customer service is quite good here. They are very friendly, helpful & speak English, which is a major plus! I go in there a lot & its a small-town like atmosphere/feel I get as they recognize me & are always nice. Its refreshing as we dont experience that a lot living in such a big area with everyone in such a hurry. I also have to compliment the security men out front as they are very helpful, super friendly & always quick to hold a door for someone. Again, this doesnt happen enough in general so I really appreciate it. I tend to stop here rather than a grocery store whenever I can as its more pleasant & I get in & out quick. My only complaint is that the candy is often very old & stale. Whats up with that? I have bought chocolate that was all melted & hardened back together, some that had turned white & most recently snickers peanut butter that had nougat that was hard as a rock. So I will continue to shop here regularly but will be buying my candy elsewhere. I would suggest everyone else pass on the candy too as you can get sick eating such old candy.Kudos on the great customer service though. If you can get fresh candy Ill gladly change my review to a 5 star. (:

Night shift always closes the store before the hours listed on window for closing time. The older manager with short hair used to always do this, now she has trained her night male manager (usually) to close early as well. Like it’s so unprofessional. 5-10 mins. Not gone kill nobody work your shift!

This store is well-stocked but a little messy. The employees are always very nice. I shop here often.

I went there to get stuff for my kids. The manager she so so so mean

I like the store but the manager she is very mean she has a bad attitude because always when I go use say something to me and yesterday I went to the cashier and I was going to pay and my daughter she was going to go bring something when I as waiting for my daughter the manager saw her put something in her pocket and told her she was a stealing and she tell her to get out of my store and never come back she stop her before she came to me and the cashier she stop her and she took that stuff without coming and asking me she yelled at her and took the stuff away

Horrible i went in justs buy soap powder they asked to give them my book bag n and bag iam carrying i said no this is my belongings the lady was rude to me and they kicked me out the store and i walked straight out aint never coming back dont reccommend it very horrible store....
