I’m smiling y’all…. Lol But I must say this…. You definitely will be take care of…I’ve been attending this institute for about 3 years now and I relocated to Frisco, Tx and I literally drive an hour to get that feel good experience. The instructor Mrs. Keisha has those girls ready. She definitely may not be your traditional instructor, but heart come from a genuine place. All I have to say is humble yourself before you approach her or her students any kind of way.

Global Beauty Institute was amazing from the customer service, to the facility being clean (including the restrooms). I love my hair which is a big plus because Im very picky. I will definitely be returning!

Was here today and I have to agree with the two star review the management attitude is unacceptable its very unprofessional and for the attitude that I experienced today I will no longer do business or recommend service from this institute. I love supporting black owned but with Ratchet spoiled brat attitudes towards, in front of consumers aka their $$$ I refuse to support! Periodt!

A lady that manages the institute has to have the worst attitude of any business I’ve ever encountered. We should NOT accept behavior that is demeaning, disrespectful, and RUDE....
