About 3 years ago, I dropped some juice on my laptop and my keys got sticky from it. On top of that, some of the keys popped off after dropping my phone on it. I brought my Macbook Air here and they were able to identify the main issue as well as some other underlying problems, which I didnt even notice until they were pointed out. After 24 hours, they had my computer fixed and my laptop is back in mint condition. I am very happy with the work theyve done and I would recommend coming here when nothing else seems to work.

Beware dishonest thieves. Stole parts from my Mac book air advised me that it couldn’t be repaired after water damage and returned it to me with a keyboard that was not mine that had dog hair underneath the keys ( I don’t not have pets)and dents that were not on my Mac prior. Once my lap top was handed to me I instantly noticed. Please don’t trust this place and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. He will try to convince you he is honest but they are crooks and should not be in business to only take advantage of people.

Poor service. They have my laptop for over six months. No repair. No recovery of data. Took my money and they do not return my calls. Seems like they know my number and simply don’t pick it up. Calle downer on cell phone and got repeated reassurances that he’ll do it “today”. Never gets back again.

I went in to replace a broken screen on my Iphone 7 plus. They replaced it in around 30 mins and now works like brand new. Quick and professional, will definitely go there again with any problems regarding my Iphone.

Long story short, they stole my computer. they told me they couldnt repair it until they came across a certain type of hard drive from a donor computer to repair mine. i called them back periodically, and they kept giving me the run around. eventually when i called, they told me they had no idea who i was or where my computer was. keep your receipt if you do business with these thieving scum bags. that computer had family pictures and precious memories from over the course of 20 years. honestly, just dont do business with these unprofessional fools.

Terrible! Do not go here. No matter what is wrong with your computer, he will tell you you need a new hard drive. My PC was running slowly, new hard drive. My Mac was running slowly, new hard drive. He’s just there to sell new hard drives. You could take a brand new computer in there and he would tell you it needs a new hard drive. $450 later and my computer runs worse than before.

Sunday morning, my computer decided to no longer turn on - and with many hours of work left towards meeting a deadline on Wednesday I was truly panicked towards finding a solution. Raj suggested that I come by so that he might make a diagnosis . In a matter of a couple of hours he had managed to work around the problem to allow me to finish the work towards the deadline (the Apple Store did not, they wanted to keep the computer for a week to diagnosis/repair).Raj is a highly competent, gentle mannered and sympathetic professional. (so important in these circumstances!!!) these are people who are really trying to help you figure a way out of the mess, even on a Sunday.Great Service and will recommend forward.

The battery on my MacBook Air went out after I spilled water on it. Apple wouldn’t just replace the battery and wanted $775 to replace most of the internal parts. This business replaced just my battery for $184, and so far it seems to be running just fine. The looked at it in about 5 minutes and had it repaired about 10 minutes later. Highly recommend.

This review is strictly based on the customer service I received over the phone today. 3.13.18I spoke to Raj and explained that I was having issues with my MacBook Pro due to water damage. As this has never happened to me before, I was unsure of what questions would be necessary to ask to make an accurate assessment of my ability to trust them with the repair and handling of my device, competitiveness in cost of service, method of assessment, and timeliness. Mac Repair Services diagnostic cost was reasonable for what it includes ($69), and Raj was very thorough in answering my questions, and explaining the steps involved in assessing and resolving my repair concern. Immediately following my conversation with Raj he sent me a text with the stores contact information, my repair concern, and his name. I thought that was impressive, and spoke to the companys customer focus, credibility and professionalism. After my interaction with Raj I would feel confident in giving them the opportunity to assist with my repair concerns!

I work right across the street from these guys so it was a no brainer to take it there to get fixed. After 30 minutes my phone was up and running in no time. Fast Friendly and attention to detail. They even offered me a screen protector that I so desperately needed. I was please over all. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Very bad experience, had to get my laptop screen repaired. Guy told me he ordered the screen and should be here in two days. Two days later I call him to ask about the status he pushes it out two more days claiming there was shortage in their warehouse. Again call him two days later, the guy gives me another fake promise that the screen should be here in another 4 days for sure. Well after waiting for 10 days, I call them and they won’t answer my phone now. I called them constantly for an entire day until I finally gave up on them. Even after asking him repeatedly where he ordered the screen from or does he have a tracking no. The guy behaved clueless and kept saying I need to call my boss. They are very flaky, very bad at providing info and updating their customers even if the customer calls himself for updates. I was lucky enough that I picked my laptop up from them in between all this waiting.

Very good customer service. The people working there were polite and the tech who replaced the battery on my macbook air had good knowledge of the device. He gave me valuable advice to extend my macs battery life to the fullest.

Raj is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable! He fixed my 8 year old iMac and made the machine runs as a brand new one, and he is so patient explaining what caused the break-down and what I can do to take good care of my mac and prevent future disaster. Luckily my iMac was in good hands and all hardware/software are restored to a condition much better than before! He also upgraded my hard disk without loosing any of my data. Thanks Raj!

They charge a $75 diagnostic fee just to look at your device. Id been elsewhere before where they didnt charge anything to look at it and cleaned my device for free. (I recommend SewellTech if youre looking for somewhere else!) They then changed out part of my laptop without calling or verifying with me first and told me I owed $99 more once I came to pick it up. I asked them to switch it back - Ill be heading elsewhere. Im sure other people have had fine experiences here - they were plenty nice but I dont appreciate not being communicated with or having things switched on my laptop without my consent first. Additionally they returned my Macbook Pro completely dead so I couldnt even see if it was working or not when they returned it. I would expect more for paying $75 just for them to look at it.

I had the absolute worst experience with this company. I took my daughters ipad mini to repair a cracked screen. Otherwise, it was working perfectly. I took it in a Monday and they said i would have it by Tuesday. I wasnt able to pick it up until Thursday. Of course no one ever called me, i had to keep calling to get updates. When i picked it up i noticed it wasnt working on my way home. Upon closer review the screen wasnt even glued correctly to the ipad. I took it back on Friday afternoon, they called me a couple of hours later to pick it up. Again, about 5 minutes later the screen started acting cracking, snapping pictures, typing on its own, etc. I took it back and after complaining got my $118 back. But now after it all, i had a new screen but my ipad no longer worked. I was forced to buy another ipad mini to replace the perfectly good working one i had. No one to this day has offered me an apology. They have the absolute worst customer service and obviously dont know what theyre doing. Please DO NOT GO HERE people, unless you want your expensive electronic item ruined. I regret fully ever contacting them, should have gone to Central Valley repair, they have great reviews. Again, you get what you pay for :(

I sat there waiting for 3 hours she gave me my computer and asked if I wanted to leave it . I told her from the start no Ill wait for you to repair it. My iphone 7 plus was badly cracked. I could-not even use it. I went to apple and they quoted my $179 and have to wait for couple of days. I found this place on google. I called them and they provided me a quote which was cheaper and repair time was approx 25 min. I went there and they repaired my iphone within 20 minutes. My phone looks like brand new and so far working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place for any kind of repair.

I spilled a water on my macbook pro, it was not turnning on, thought like it damaged but i had aultrasonic cleaning there and now its perfectly working.

Excellent service, quick, honest , i have not had any problem with almost 6 jobs have been done, quicker than going to Apple, and much cheaper.

I brought in my 2015 Macbook Pro Retina because it was having serious issues with heat, and the battery needed replacing. They were nice guys, and they were able to fix the heating issue, but I was not pleased with the service for multiple reasons. For one, I always had to call and ask about the progress (this took weeks). Every single time someone said they would call me back, they never did. So for one, communication was lacking. They also only quoted me the price to fix the heating issue. They brought up that they COULD replace the batter and I just said okay, They never gave me a price, and just went ahead and did it though I never told them I wanted it done. It was fine all and all because I knew it needed to be done but you should not just do replacements without quoting a price or asking permission. Saying I am able to is not the same as would you like me to. They also were supposed to contact me and ask what data I wanted backed up as they ended up having to replace my logic board. They never did, and I lost documents, music software, and pictures. So again, horrible communication. Finally, they whipped out my Microsoft office suite, which was fully paid for, not a monthly subscription. Instead of paying for a new suite, which they should have, they said they would find some sort of older version and then I could try to save it and so on so forth. They also never followed up, so again horrible communication, and I just bought it again myself because I would rather pay than deal with any more communication gaps and vague answers. My last complaint is since taking it in, my lights on my keyboard do not function. I give them two stars because they were very kind, they just had awful communication and I would not rate their customer service super hot either. They ultimately fixed all the issues, but without asking my okay to do certain work, which I was of course charged for, and it came with collateral issues that I just decided to solve myself, which costed even more.

Clean office. Sold an after market, basically fake power cord. When you plug the cord into the wall or an extension cord, it sparks fire and heats up. I took it back to only get told that it was fake and that I shouldve known that it was. The power cord was quickly returned with money back and I was told that they are no good. Do NOT purchase anything from this establishment. They are using non-Apple products and charging a lot for them. Selling after market and non Apple products with the Apple logo is illegal. I will not go back.It is a customers perogative to shop around. The owner rudely said he didn’t care about reviews. HE CLEARLY DOES! what incorrect information. My computer is 2013, and that doesn’t matter. It’s the poor treatment and lies you get when you’re there. No customer service. Everything is about “appearance”.Why write a defensive review if you don’t care about them. Bad business practices to sell FAKE accessories. It’s trickery and simply wrong. Zero stars.. I recommend SewellTech and or Best Buy. I purchased a genuine cord (open box) less than what was offered at this shop. Rude, rude, rude.

I took my MacBook to Mac Repair Service on Proton where I was charged a $70 diagnostic fee, then told it would be $500 to replace the motherboard (due to a water spill.) I picked my computer up and took it to Phix-It in Allen instead where they cleaned it and charged me less than half that. It works perfectly now. By the way, Phix-It charges NO diagnostic fee. Go to Phix-It in Allen instead!

Best place to repair iphone screen. I shattered my iphone 7 plus screen and it was fixed in no time while i waited there. My iphone looks like brand new again! Cant thank enough for doing such a quick repair when i was told id have to wait until march to get an appointment and just to look at it on Apple store! Highly recommend.

GREAT customer service I came less then 6 mons ago. My sons iphone 6s screen was damaged. They gave me a great deal so much everywhere else. He had it done in 15 mins if any problems please come back i will fix. Came in today my son has been having problems with it.
