I don’t think it is okay for a child to cry after their driving lessons. This school has very mean and terribly angry instructors. I bought a package so feel obligated to finish them off. My daughter literally does not want to drive anymore. If you want your child to have a healthy, positive, and non traumatizing experience PLEASE go somewhere else. Especially avoid Roy and Marsha.

Very mean and condescending road test instructor! My child was parent taught and a good driver, parallel parking with perfection. After the test, which she passed, the instructor listed every single mistake she made. Then, he brought her into the lobby and proceeded to run through the whole list again with me, in front of everyone there waiting, with an incredibly condescending tone. He kept repeating the phrase mental mistakes and looking from her to me. I felt as humiliated as she did! I am positive he wouldnt have spoken to a man in the same way. I was trying to avoid the mean DMV instructors, and instead paid $99 to be humiliated by the All Star instructor and to make my daughter cry. Not the way to build confidence for a new driver! Dont send your child here for a road test!

I passed my driving test here and still ended up crying afterwards because the incredibly condescending man who administered it read out all of my mistakes in detail to me in the car afterward and then immediately again in the waiting room right in front of several other customers and the receptionist. It was absolutely humiliating and thats what happened when I PASSED. Do not take your test here, they will charge you a ridiculous amount of money just to publicly humiliate you for minor mistakes.

This place is horrible. It’s a scam. You sign up for a pack of classes. It’s very difficult to actually schedule lessons. You have to wait til 3-5 on Friday and pray you can get scheduled. When my daughter, actually got to go, she left the lesson in tears, verbally abused by the driver. I thought she was just anxious but she did fine after I found a different driving instructor. I realize the scam is to get many people to enroll then make it difficult to schedule and if you actually get an appointment to make it so unpleasant that you don’t come back. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up

I called to enquire about a third party driving test, and I had to talk to a man who was rude and condescending. The prices on the website are significantly higher than other schools too. Overall, enough to put me off; I do not recommend this school to anyone.

I need to say first that people here are amazing and very welcoming.I took my Road Test with them during all this covid-19 craziness. DPS /DMV has given school the specific instructions to send every Road Tests sealed envelope (+ a $10 money order) directly to DPS headquarters in Austin, TX.They didnt do it, so I had to go back to the DPS, schedule and appointment (again), go to my appointment, receive the notice that they were supposed to do so and I finally ended up sending the results and money order myself. I hated that part.

This driving school is horrible! You can only call on Friday to get a schedule and they don’t even pick up. Then when finally get the appointment the driving teacher doesn’t show up. This is the worst driving school ever. Just save your money and aggravation and go somewhere else. The dmv is even less of a pain than they are.

I have been driving for almost 17 years & still I thought...i was gonna pass the firytime..—Just like everything we do in order to be the best version of ourselves.Driving is a big responsibility for everyone & it shouldn’t be taken slaigthly.Because it puts other way in danger.I came as a first timer on taking the school driving test because I wanted to rush my license to be delivered due to a high demand & very busy agenda at the DPS.Honestly the first test I failed & I got upset & I wanted to blame the Person who is in-charged to make sure you do the safety part on your behalf.Next second time I had already reviewed my faults -corrected & finally passed. This location might look a bit sketchy for some..But if you do the right best thing you can.I assure you will pass. But if you take responsibility on driving a car to slightly-you won’t.I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for school driving. Thanks!!

I called just to inquire about the process for drivers education and encountered a rude receptionist when I was just trying to get clarification on a few things. Very rude and unprofessional. I wished her a good day because I truly don’t have time for things like that. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The online website is awful the loading time is forever long. Very unnecessary especially for $30 they robbed from me. It is supposed to be a 6 hour course I’m still not done after 10 hours. I would not recommend unless you want to get robbed and your time wasted.

Always out of order, the classes dont go into much detail about driving. Very hard to get a drive time, teachers are always late to class. One of my instructors Jim got angry at me because I didnt write my name in my book. Then he took my book and publicly humiliated me by tossing it in the trash and making me dig for it. When I refused to dig for it he made me write a 3 paged essay on why I should write my name on my assignments. It was overall awful and I wished someone would have warned me before I went, like I am doing now.

This is the absolute worst place ever. the instructors treat their students horribly. i was a student here and they would yell at me all the time while driving and cause me to have panic attacks and they didn’t even care. they are inconsiderate, every instructor tells you to do something different and all the others tell you that everything you are doing is wrong. DONT GO HERE HELP ME PUT THIS AWFUL HELL OUT OF BUSINESS. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Horrible driving experience today with a man (don’t feel comfortable sharing his full name but P***)—so awful. He was repeatedly very mean to me when I was nervous and hit his clipboard on the dash, as well as making derisive comments towards bikers, communities we passed by, “hippies,” etc. Not fun.

If I could give zero stars I would. Impossible to schedule drive times for the kids. The phone is constantly busy. You literally have to drive there between 2:30 - 4:30 on Fridays to attempt to sign up for a drive time and they have no availability for drive times. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.
