Don’t be fooled by the “guarantee” on their website!! They will find a way to make it your fault, take your money and leave you with a useless translation that was rejected by the embassy. When I contacted them to fix the problem they took about 2 weeks and countless phone calls and emails to finally answer … they wanted more money to fix a problem that shouldn’t have been an issue to being with! The point is, they don’t know any rules (this came right out of the mouth of the person I spoke with) they just translate … probably use google translate and charge you for a pretty sticker they call the certification. So disappointed I wasted my time and money with them. Hope I save the trouble for the next person. They have so many good reviews because they may offer a small discount for your pity

This place is amazing! The first time to deal with this office was to get my college degree translated and they were very accurate and efficient. Then I needed a notarized copy of my foreign college degree and no UPS store in my area was able to help me! so I contacted Certified Translation and got my college degree notarized very smoothly and when I went back to them to do some changes they were very responsive, understanding and professional. I found this office off a google search, it has great reviews so I drove a good 45 mins to get there, and it was worth it. I took my birth certificate to this them to be translated from French to Japanese and it was done within three (3) days. I am very big on customer service, the staff who assisted me was very courteous. I will recommend them. The long drive was worth it.

Probably the easiest company Ive ever dealt with. They were extremely helpful and guided me through everything. I requested translations on a Thursday, ready for approval Saturday and I picked them up Monday morning. I had papers from Jordan that needed translation and its hard to find a office that translates arabic documents, but was able to find it here. They are quick and do a lot of languages you can have it the same day if you really needed.
