I can not say enough good things about Springhill. The clean, organized, peaceful environment they create was a second home for my kids from ages 18 month till 5. The Montessori format is followed very closely. The guidance and support we received from the staff as parents was amazing. Truly a tribe raising amazing humans

I highly recommend Springhill Montessori School for early childhood education! This is not just a school service, rather it is a community driven by hardworking, loving & intentional people. Tangela Levels is a wonderful Director who focuses her efforts on the value & education of our children! One of the best parenting decisions we have made is to send our children to Springhill Montessori.

Love how “family”oriented Springhill is and the environments are great, employees are great but after working over two years along side so many wonderful people and Mrs levels I’m very saddened and disappointed to see how easily myself and my son who attended Springhill were dismissed after I expressed how concerned I was about sending my daughter back to public school and wasn’t sure I could work and homeschool her myself without it being held against me as an employee if I needed to leave early or miss a day without an advance notice as it has happened to me plenty of times in the past. After testing positive (along with two other employees) for COVID-19 in June while working for Springhill (thankfully my kids remained negative through the duration) and going with no pay for July and some of August and having to tell co workers and parents we were “exposed” instead of being truthful has really pushed me over the edge. All I asked for was another meeting to have an opportunity to speak as a parent instead of an employee about sending my child back to Springhill (because that’s all he knows) and I was still ignored and asked to sign dismissal papers instead or if I needed them to be resent. Springhill will always hold a special place in my heart and I will miss all of the parents and students dearly!

I’m a current employee at Springhill. I love the the environment Mrs. Levels has created. Especially during COVID-19. We as staff have to log where we go everyday before entering the facility even if it’s just to pump gas. Mrs. Levels has talked with all staff on how important it is to be careful during this time. Meaning that we are not out in about in bars and restaurants. That we go home and to work unless needing to go get essentials. We have had a few staff who didn’t want to follow that protocol so she had them stay home to keep the staff and the children safe. There were even incidents were staff had family members who tested positive for COVID-19; Mrs. Levels had those staff stay home until the were tested and the test came back negative. I feel safe coming to work and bringing my son to work with me just because of how serious Mrs. Levels is taking the pandemic.

Our son has attended Springhill Montessori beginning at 5 months old. Since attending he has gotten better at sleeping, can feed himself with a bottle, knows how to accept a spoon for food, how to crawl and stand. When I leave him in the mornings before work I couldnt be happier. Dont get me wrong, its never easy to leave your baby, but the professionals in the Nido (infant) room truly love my son and care for him in a way that is obvious in their interactions. I cant recommend this daycare highly enough.

Springhill Montessori is a hidden gem. I have two little ones who have attended the school for the past two years. When I first visited the school I was surprised by the building (no sign and no windows). When you get inside you get to see all of the magic that is happening. The teachers and staff are super caring and attentive to the needs of my children. I appreciate that every school doesnt meet the needs of every family, but this schools gets a lot right for me. My kids are learning how to be independent and to work within a group..All of this comes without sacrificing their growth as learners. If you are looking for a school that will prioritize cramming knowledge into your little ones...this may not be the best fit for you. However, if you are looking for a school that is caring and balances academics and meeting your child where they are at...this will be a great place for you. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

My son went at Springhill for almost a year. It was the worst experience a parent could ever had. our son hated being there and literally cried for the whole year when he gets dropped off. Even after he stop going there when we pass through the school, he gets really upset which breaks my heart to know now how much it affected him. I could write pages to express my detest about this school but I will keep it brief and high level. My son came home smelled like pee one too many days and when I ask the director why he wasnt changed. she straight out lied to me and gave me a BS excuse. The icing on the cake, after we stopped sending our son to that school and asked for his record- the supposedly once a week progress report (which was so inconsistent and was more like once a month report) we were told that they dont have it and claimed they were sent to us at the end of the semester which is a complete lie. When you send her an email, good luck getting reply back, we have to call or email multiple times to get any answer. She used to make us feel that the reason why our son gets upset is because we arent comfortable dropping him to school, for sometime I bought it and was beating myself to it, guess what I felt even more nervous when my son started his new school and he didnt even flinch when he gets dropped of first day. Now I wonder what really happened in that school I hope any of you parents wouldnt experience what I experienced. I will never advise anyone to send their kids there.

Having my children in Springhill has been the best decision ever! I wish I had put my oldest (6 years old) in there when he was younger, but I am able to talk to the owner, Tangela Levels, and get ideas of things I could do at home to assist him in his learning. My middle son started in the Toddler 2 room with Ms. Kathy, Ms. Amy, and Ms. Kristi. He started off shy but opened up to them and when it was time for him to transition to Primary 2, Ms. Kristi became his Guide. My youngest started in Nido 1 and he is showing me new things he can do everyday! He is in Nido 2 now and is learning signs (his dad is hearing impaired) and becoming more independent with Ms. Brittany, Ms. Corinna, and Ms. Reyna. Everyone is so resourceful and this is a great family friendly school! You will not be disappointed in choosing Springhill for your family!!

Weve had two children at Springhill. Our oldest is entering the second grade at Rosemont, is in the gifted & talented program, and very advanced for his age in several areas. I give alot of credit to Springhill for much of his development. Our youngest has one more year at the school before also attending Rosemont, and is doing very well also. Weve been Springhill parents for about 4 years now and will be for another year. This is an Oak Cliff gem.
