Very friendly folks. Very accepting of all kids. Talented and positive musicians, teaching kids to love music. Really like that they get kids on stage from the start. Gets them over the fear right away. Nothing bad to say. Think theyre great!

At School of Rock, the experience is kid driven with professional support and direction provided. They give young students ownership over their musical education, which engenders enthusiasm and loyalty.

My son has been doing the band program with School of Rock for several years now. The teachers and fantastic and the staff is very responsive. Weve really been impressed with their safety protocols during Covid. We cant wait until we can get back into the venues to see him playing on stage again!!

How much do the drum classes cost for beginners?

I have been taking voice lessons with Dalton for the past four months. The guy is a master musician/instructor, and I have crushed my previously held beliefs of what I could do. Also, everyone at the school is awesome - Cat, Kiva, and the front staff are super welcoming and reasonable. This school will go out of its way to make sure you have the best experience. 5/5 stars!

I love this school! Not only do the kids develop music skills they grow their self-esteem & confidence plus other skills, but it’s also so wonderful to see how much the kids grow. Wonderful teachers and staff!

The approach has enabled my daughter to feel more secure. She is shy and with the teaching approach provided, she has told me that when she gets in front of a microphone she cant stop talking. When she preforms in a few weeks, Im hoping to see that confidence. Every one is also very nice and patient. My daughter enjoys her classes.

I like that the instructors are knowledgable about playing music and also about working with kids. The kids are challenged and learn, but its still fun for them. Also, because they perform as a band, it is great for building confidence in a not so intimidating way.

Seth is a true pro. Thank you for these things: 1. Making my kids feel special and for encouraging them to truly perform with confidence. 2. Instilling positive values with the kids. Seth worked hard to make sure all kids treated one another with respect. So appreciated! 3. Teaching new skills! We were so impressed with what our kids learned in 4 days!

Great fun and a great way to get back “in the groove” 😉 after many years of Life interrupting pursuing fun, creative endeavors. It’s never to late to learn, & funlearning sticks best. 🎶🎵

School of Rock has given me WAY WAY more than I signed up for. My teacher is more than qualified and all in all it’s just an amazing program. I am definitely getting what I pay for and A LOT more

We have been so impressed with Dave Escamilla always, but especially now as he has been helping Audrey fine-tune an original song for an upcoming competition. His heart-felt enthusiasm for her work has been inspirational to Audrey, but whats more, he is building up her confidence and supporting her creativity. He is guiding her develop as an artist. My son has attended School of Rock for over a year now. Heres the report card:People - A+Instruction - A+Sons attitude about learning - A+Fun - A+Its just all good. If your child is at all interested in performing rock and roll they will thrive here. Safe, comfortable, open, friendly. I cant say enough about how awesome the people are.

School of Rock truly gets kids engaged and passionate about music and performance. To see the shift in confidence over time is truly amazing! I highly recommend for all children and parents - what a great community!

Soooooo goooooood

We have had two children attend School of Rock and have been a part of the program for the past 7 or 8 years. Not only have my kids benefited tremendously in the most obvious way by learning to play musical instruments, strengthening their vocal performances, and developing on-stage confidence but they have also made solid lasting friendships with kids who share their interests and passions. There is a real sense of community and inclusivity. The positive atmosphere and the support that the students and families go out of their way to show one other, makes us feel valued and that we are a part of something very unique.

I the words of one of my 3 kids enrolled in the 101 program:”What I love about SOR, is that I can be myself, nobody expects me to be other than just me.”The instructors and the whole staff are very supportive and enthusiastic of each one of their little students/musicians. The level of confidence and skills my kids are getting with every season is fantastic! Thanks, SORDallas🤘

SOR is a great place for children to develop musically and emotionally. My daughter loves it and performing has boosted her self confidence.

Not crazy about the prices as I tried to look into the one in Florida and could not afford it here in Texas or Florida

We LOVE so much about School of Rock!!! First, the teachers are full of inspiration, encouragement and talent!!! They all share a genuine love and interest for the kids and their success at SOR and beyond!!! The curriculum is great the kids are persistently and consistently exposed to a wide variety of music appreciation and performance opportunities providing the perfect combination of inspiration and motivation for personal growth and educational skills that reach far beyond the stage!!! We have seen our son grow tremendously in his musical abilities and love of music but he has also achieved and received greater confidence, collaboration skills, friendships, motivation, and discipline in all areas of his life because of the education he has gained through SORs performance based training!!!Thanks so much Dallas SOR,we are eternally grateful your program!!!

School of Rock took me by surprise.At first looking from a outside perspective as a parent. I was like why, not this and that.(small things ) Well Ive totally learned as a parent, ( the whys and why nots ) so to speak.School of Rock has taught my son to become my independent as a artist and a person . While at the same time he has had comradeship and learn to work as a group ( band ).P.S we were new to the U.S my kiddo felt right right at home at the School of Rock from the moment he walked thru the door with only a few words of English he was welcomed.School of Rock has become his home away from home.Thanks for all the kindness peeps .We love yall!
