Wow, cant says enough about Holy Trinity. The teachers and administrators make a real effort to make sure each child is happy and working towards success. I really appreciated the constant communication from teachers if my child did not turn in his homework (of course my child blamed the dog) or if he performed great or not so well on a test or quiz. The school is smaller so the kids not only get lots of attention from their teachers, but also from the rest of the staff. My son never complained about the the lunch at school as they have a chef that creates many special meals. As far as sports go, they do not hold tryouts and all kids are welcome to participate. Regardless of skill level, the coaches make sure every child gets a good amount of in game time. While winning is great, the coaches place more of a focus on the fun and enjoyment of participating in team sports. The coaches also make sure academics come first, and if your child under performs in the classroom, they are not allowed to resume play until their grades are back up to par. On a final note, I really liked the faith based education. The kids not only participate in theology, but have daily prayer and attend Mass every Friday. Thank you Holy Trinity for all your efforts and for doing an outstanding job!

This is our second year at Holy Trinity and we are so happy with our decision to send our daughter here. Not being Catholic, initially I was a little worried we would feel like outsiders but that hasnt been the case at all. The faculty and staff are all so warm--it truly feels like a family. We have been pleased with the workload given--enough to be challenging but not too much they dont have time to be kids and enjoy family time. I cant praise enough the arts programs they have here. The music teacher, Mrs. Rivera, is phenomenal. Im consistently amazed at what she is able to teach the children in the time she has with them. And the art teacher, Mr. McKenzie, is always expanding their horizons and nurturing a love of art and creativity. I encourage any parent to take a tour of this school and you will know immediately its a safe, comforting place for your child to learn and thrive.

HTCS is so amazing and welcoming! This is our first year there and already I am in love with this school! They are so organized and so inviting! They are so good with communication with the parents. The school is excellent on keeping parents updated with emails, text and newsletters. I am so glad our daughter is at this school. We made the right choice for our daughter!

We recently transferred our daughter to this school and we have been blown away by this community. The principal and faculty represent the very best that Catholic schools have to offer in North Texas. The class sizes are small and intimate, and our daughter is excited about school every day. I really cant say enough good things about this gem of a school in Uptown. And, beyond the school, Holy Trinity is one of the most welcoming Catholic churches youll ever attend. If you are a parent living in Uptown, Highland Park or the Knox-Henderson area, this is a must visit school for you!

What a wonderful team in place. The principal really cares about the students and is invested in their future like no one Ive seen before. The teachers are just as enthusiastic. The students are bright and full of smiles. The Tiger spirit is alive and well!

Our grandchild is in her third year at HTCS, and she absolutely loves her classmates, teachers and administrators. The school has done a very good job of creating a culture of caring, wherein the older children watch out for, protect, and attend mass with, their younger buddies. Parent participation is strongly encouraged, and teachers regularly stay past normal working hours for special functions. Being a privately-funded school, staff members wear multiple hats, and the folks up front are amazing at what they do. As evidenced in the reviews here, the school did go through a bit of a rough patch last year. Those things happen, and are usually the result of number of factors coalescing. What encourages me is that there has been a course adjustment, and the school is back to what we love about it. When we drop our little granddaughter off in the morning, we know she will be safe, loved, educated, fed (in their scratch kitchen, with no preservatives and not even a microwave!) and developed spiritually. We couldnt think of a better place for her to attend.

My son has just joined as a kindergartner, and he has never been happier. He loves his teacher, his principal, his friends, and his after school Y staff. From the beautiful old school, to the lovely church and faith community, to the spirit days, to the friendly smiles and open hearts, HTCS is an amazing place.

Two daughters...one who attended and one who attends. Teachers have been amazingly supportive and strong. One teacher identified a learning difference. We tested and found out the problem. My daughter has blossomed since due to the needed attention she received. Mrs. Davis is a veteran principal, and is a welcomed figure leading this ship.

HTCS has been a wonderful place for our 5 year old. The teachers are so caring, know every kid by name, and they provide high quality education in a warm and values-based environment. The Spanish program is great and there are plenty of arts, sports and vocational opportunities, you get all the benefits of a big school but with a family like feeling.

The school is absolutely amazing! Our girls transferred in this year from Frisco ISD (5 Star School) and were challenged. They absolutely love the community oriented school and have done really well. Holy Trinity Catholic School is Highly Recommended by our Family!

As a student, I enjoy some aspects of the school. The rest of it is horrendous. It has taught me the very basics and some classes I learn close to nothing. (Math and science.) I found myself instead of going to a teacher for advice I would rather use a website, no matter how inconvenient it was at the time. The principal here is crude to many students and shows major favoritism, as well as almost all teachers I encountered. I found myself at a lesser opportunity than some in my class due to this. The homework count is high with the amount im learning. Granted, some teachers are nice and good at what they do, and that is why I granted mercy in my review.

The school didnt teach me anything(math and science)... I also heard that not many students are returning back to holy trinity. There was many teachers that I have met in this school that are nice but the majority show favoritism and also the principal is very crude.. I doubt this school will make it past another 5 years with the way its being operated

My daughter and I have been welcomed by this school and community since she started Pre-K3. She has tremendously grown academically and spiritually this year. She enjoys going to school, has an excellent relationship with her teachers and displays traits of honesty, kindness, empathy and unselfishness. It is evident that what I teach and instill in her at home, is mirrored with what she is learning and seeing at school by her peers and teachers. Having her begin her education at HTCS has been fantastic, and I am grateful that she will continue through the 8th grade. I love this school and their staff!

Where do I begin with this school? Since the principal has changed it has gone down hill. They let go of great staff. Tuition has raised yet they dont have much to offer that any other school. The principal is rude and NEVER around when you need something. I feel bad for the teachers that have to walk on egg shells around her. Interesting how our year books were supposed to be out by July 15th 2016 yet we still have not received. The front staff has yet to learn to be courteous and send out an email to advise of this. Two young girls doing a job that one man used to do. The school went from being welcoming to down right rude.

Amazing school! After all of these years its still so comforting to drop my daughter off in an environment where I know she is loved. My child has been attending since she was 5, shes now in middle school. I am always fascinated by what she has learned and so happy with how she has been taught to respect those around her. Marian Davis who is the principle takes the time to know each child which I really appreciate. I have found all the parents and staff to be down to earth and a very fun community to be a part of. Cannot say enough about this beautiful school. Im an HTCS ALUMA, Im honored to have the opportunity to pass down the memorable experience. 🐯
