I asked if masks were required since their sign outside stated such and when I walked in I saw two I individuals were not wearing any. When I asked the worker she responded to me with an attitude, sir you can wear one or not it’s up to you. I responded why do you have a sign outside not stating that she responded it’s our company.No wonder they have a low rating. Maybe they should hire more polite professional sales people!

Roy in printing hooked me up! As a real estate broker, I called and e-mailed him a document and he had it ready as I walked in the door in less than an hour. Fantastic. We put it on card stock and looked amazing. However had to go elsewhere to get it cut as wasnt formatted for the machine they had. Might want to get a folding machine too! Great service.

Tori in the Printing Center is a ROCKSTAR! Words cannot describe my appreciation that I have for her and the steps she took to support my last-minute printing needs. I went to the store about two weeks ago when I realized that the quality of my home color printer was failing. I rushed to the store in hopes that I could print the materials I needed for an interview. Tori, without skipping a beat, found a quick solution to support my print job despite being in the middle of a large order. While our interaction was no more that 15 minutes, I am forever grateful to Tori for being people-centered and solutions oriented.

I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse combo. It turned out not to be as expected. Literally less than 24 hours later, I went to return it and was told I couldnt because of COVID-19 safety measures. To add, this was not disclosed when I purchased the product. In addition, the first associate who directed me to the cashier to attempt a return did not have on a mask. The likelihood of catching coronavirus from him was much greater than me passing it along on a keyboard that could EASILY be disinfected. Keep your little money. Ill shop elsewhere here on out. Oh, and Best Buy gladly takes returns of keyboards :-).

Wow, really horrible customer service. I stood at the printing counter for over 5 minutes as (employees) Gabby and Jeff looked up at me five to six times and uttered not a single word or acknowledgement that I was even standing there. Three to four other people started standing by the register and Gabby decided to help them first even though I was next in line.I had to go find the manager Mike, who saved the day. He asked what I needed and helped me, and thank me.GABY- you need major customer service training.JEFF- you smirking at me and purposely not acknowledging or helping me was disgusting, you definitely need customer service training!I WONT BE BACK!!!

I came here after reading a few reviews that the people in the print department are heroes.Its true.I came in late Saturday morning needing same-day printing and folding. They had 200 flyers and 300 tri-folded brochures ready for pick-up in less than 2 hours.They arent the most beautiful prints Ive ever had, but they look darn good. There was only one mis-print in the whole batch.Most importantly, they were done lickety-split at a fantastic rate with cheerful, professional service.

Terrible customer service, super slow and don’t get your covid19 vaccinations cards laminated here it would mess it up! Got to staples for better service! Office max office depot if you want to follow the leader and jump on the covid19 bandwagon just say so. They didn’t want to laminate the card but staples had no issues with living up to their offer.

I was driving by on feb 24 th and the store offers printing services I was acknowledged in a minute and been given instructions on where to email my documents. After I did the person instead of helping me he went ahead and helped another person . When I approached him and said excuse me he ignored me completely like I don’t matter ( isn’t it first come first get served ) after he saw that I went to the self printing he asked if I needed his help which I explained to him he didn’t bother while I was waiting for his assistance and skipped me to help another person ignored my complaint to him and being rude asking do you want me to help u like what I have said doesn’t matter sent me to the register where I told the cashier that they have a promotion of 15 % on printing of a 20 dollar value or more she asked where did I see the sign cause she doesn’t know I went and took a copy of the sign yet she still asked if I have. A code the sign did not state a code is like she has no clue and at the end I just wanted to go paid the full balance I just wanted to leave horrible experience and when I demanded a business card she said she doesn’t have any and that I should go back to printing area and get one if I like , followed by the printing people are not here we are not reliable and when I asked about the store manager she said it’s the person who printed my documents denying me the business card and that’s is that horrible customer experience very slow and impolite lack of experience (don’t know what promotions they have got) and fully ignored ( 7:00pm)

I was looking for office furniture. They had a high selection of chairs. Tested several out and found one at a great price. Customer service was good. They pulled the wrong color chair for me and I didnt notice till I got home so I had to go back and get the correct one. Thats way I subtracted one star.

I went in to exchange an item purchased earlier, please understand I shop at this location all the time because it is the closest to me , however there was a shift change and the gentleman I left my item with was gone, but the manager on duty was still there not to mention he acknowledged me when I entered the store, needless to say the nice young lady at the register asked for his assistance and he found the item in a pile of other things, but very rudely stated I thought you were returning the item sir, you need to make up your mind..poor characteristics of store manager . I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My order of business cards had to be sent out since they were double-sided. Matt assisted and made sure there were no white edges. When the order arrived in the store, both sides had white edges. I didnt even need to ask--Matt went above and beyond and contacted the regional print facility to make sure I got a new order at no cost. I come here regularly and the entire staff is always so helpful, but this time definitely deserves a mention. Give the whole print staff a raise!

Office Max is the best because of its staff Derrick (who is a computer technician at counter, he is a nice black gentleman) is the best. He helps me to understand what computer may fit my needs, what was the best value that the office max was offering. I bought the computer. I am very impressed with his knowledge and eagerness of helping customers.His service makes me want to return to Office Max to buy more things in future. Really dont leaving bad reviews. I do everything I can to avoid it. This will actually be my first 1 star I have ever given. I went to office Max to get simple print job done. The guy working the print station was very unwilling to print my job. Funny thing he was very willing to go above and beyond for the white lady that was trying get her print cut for free. I felt very discriminated against. Maybe it wasnt because of the color of my skin. Im going to chalk this one up to that she was dressed in business attire and I came in in my workout clothes. #Classism Nevertheless Im a business owner. I did feel VERY discriminated against. I received poor customer service today. I requested some paper samples of resume, parchment, and linen for a project to compare before purchasing an entire sheaf. This was refused saying they could only provide one sample unless the other paper types were needed for a specific job. I said that I would pay for 5 black and white prints of nothing on each paper type in order to have the samples. The answer was a flat no from the manager through the ear phone and the manager would not come speak with me in person. The employee said they were very busy and did not have time for my request. There were about five customers in the entire store. I considered this very dismissive and rude. The experience was off putting as a whole. I hope that the ownership considers that future business is built on customer service, not simply having products in a building for sale. I offer two stars rather than one for the fact that the employee gave me a sample of one of the three requested paper types free of charge, in order to get me to leave.

Terrible service, Extreme lack of inventory, the few employees they do have working act like they extremely hate their job and wish they weren’t there as well as you weren’t there. Nearly every time I have been to this store I have left empty-handed and going to a different store to buy my product or get my job done. Do NOT take your pics to be printed hear by Keith. I took an 8GB memory card to have the last few printed.. He pulled up my pics and they all showed on his screen.. A few clicked later... Keith some how lost all 1500+ pics I had stored and refused to take responsibility. Completely denied it was anything he did. pics were on there when he first opened them.. Then they were all gone.. Keith.. It WAS something u did!! My youngest Childs whole first year.. Gone!!

I want to give thanks to Bruce and the crew at OD in Dallas (Haskell), they are super helpful and nice. I had an issue with an order I had placed online. Admittedly, the error was my own fault but knew it wouldnt be difficult to correct with the help of the right associate. I attempted to resolve my issue using the 800 customer service number on the website. A lady answered (I was unable to catch her name) but after about half an hour of repeating my story, it was clear I was not going to get the help I needed. I requested to speak to another agent. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then the line disconnected. I decided to contact the store directly where my order was ready to see if I could get some assistance there. Tbh, I wasnt looking forward to calling the store. I was expecting the phone to ring a dozen times, get transferred or hung up on or get stuck with some complacent worker drone whos really not going to help. But to my pleasant surprise, the phone was answered on the 2nd ring, the gentleman who answered (John, if I recall correctly) was very polite and attentive. I told him my story and he assured me that his manager could get my order corrected. He put me on hold, was on hold for less than a minute and someone picked up my phone to insure I was being helped! That was awesome! I explained I was on hold for a manager and she put me back in hold and a handful of seconds later Bruce answered the phone. I explained what happened and he was able to help me. He even went above and beyond and shipped my order directly to me. Even went the extra mile. This experience positively exceeded all my expectations. I am truly impressed by the fast and efficient customer service I recieved today from Bruce and his crew. Thank you

I went in to mail a few items. The clerk at copy/postal desk didn’t bother to acknowledge me for several minutes. Her attire was very unprofessional, with her butt hanging out of her jeans and shirt pulled tight and pulled up mid-way to her back. I didn’t think she was an employee. When she asked me what I wanted and I told her, she said “we ain’t no post office”. She told me to go to a post office to mail my stuff (one of my items was a Fedex package and their signs show they are a Fedex drop off location - but she didn’t want to be bothered). I asked where a post office was. She said “Greenville”. I asked if she could tell me how to get there. She said “get on the highway and exit Greenville”. I said “is it right there or do I have to turn left/right?” She let out a sigh, obviously pissed at being disrupted. She got on her headset and asked where the nearest post office was. I said “or just a mail drop off - I’m just trying to send this Fedex and mail a payment to irs.” She came back a minute later saying “oak lawn and cedar springs - but it’s too late. They closed at 3:30”. I reminder her I was just sending mail that was ready to go, as I am looking at Fedex scales, computer and signs showing Fedex drop off. She said “ you can’t mail that stuff today anywhere round here.”Of course, the post office doesn’t take Fedex packages and dropping off a letter is available anytime at the post office. It turns out there are a number of us mail drop offs and Fedex drop off locations in this area (including this location, that should always take Fedex). She just couldn’t be bothered, so it’s likely I will not bother shopping here most of the time - a pity considering how close they are to my home.
