It makes a great workout and gives skills on self defense. It gave me some purpose in life.

We are very happy to have our daughter be part of this organization. Aside from all the benefits of joining sports such as fitness and confidence, we are pleased with the type of support and training that the senseis provide. We highly recommend this place for kids and adults of all ages.

I have visited this dojo many times. Their head instructor is excellent. I would recommend this dojo for anyone interested in training karate.
